تحلیل روند ایده‌پردازی پیرامون نهاد ولایت فقیه در دوره‌ی دوم جمهوری اسلامی

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی و تبیین تغییر و تحولات روند نظریه‌پردازی در ولایت فقیه در دوره‌ی دوم جمهوری اسلامی بود. این پژوهش با بهره‌گیری از «الگوی تحلیل روند» و با روش توصیفی تحلیلی نشان داد که پس از وقوع تغییرات در قانون اساسی، روند ایده‌پردازی پیرامون ولایت فقیه به دلیل عواملی هم‌چون: مشروعیت ولی‌فقیه، گشودگی حوزه‌ی عمومی، تقویت نهادهای دینی و مسائل مستحدثه سمت‌و‌سوی جدیدی پیداکرده و موضوعاتی هم‌چون: ماهیت مشروعیت ولایت‌فقیه، نسبت ولی‌فقیه با قانون اساسی، تبعات ولایت مطلقه‌ی فقیه، ولایت فقیه یا وکالت شهروندان، ولایت فقیه یا نظارت فقیه و بازتفسیر ولایت مطلقه‌ی فقیه در فضای عمومی بیش‌تر مطرح‌شده‌اند. عوامل محدودسازی مانند تداوم دوران تثبیت نظام جمهوری اسلامی و مخالفت‌های رسمی و غیررسمی در این دوره نیز از موانع ایده‌پردازی در زمینه‌ی ولایت ‌فقیه به‌شمار می‌آیند.

The Process of Ideation Analysis around the Representative of the (office of) of the Supreme Leader in the second period of the Islamic Republic

The purpose of this study was to investigate and explain the changes and developments in the process of theorizing VelayateFaqih in the second period of the Islamic Republic. Using a trend analysis model and a descriptiveanalytical method, this study showed that after the changes in the constitution, the process of ideation about VelayateFaqih due to factors such as: legitimacy of ValieFaqih, openness of public sphere, strengthening religious institutions and emerging issues, It has found a new direction, and Issues such as: the nature of the legitimacy of VelayateFaqih, the relationship of VelayateFaqih with the constitution, the consequences of absolute VelayateFaqih, VelayateFaqih or representation of citizenship, VelayateFaqih or supervision of Faqih and reinterpretation of Absolute VelayateFaqih have been discussed in public. Restrictive factors such as the continuation of stabilization of the Islamic Republic period and formal and informal opposition in this period are also considered as obstacles to ideation in the field of VelayateFaqih.
