نسبت سیاست رسانه‎ای با سیاست خارجی مطالعه موردی: بررسی مقابله‎ای روزنامه‎های انگلیسی زبان ایران و آمریکا

این پژوهش به‌منظور بررسی نسبت سیاست رسانه‎ای با سیاست خارجی دولت‌های ایران و آمریکا، به مطالعه‌ی موردی گزارش‌های خبری چهار روزنامه‌ی انگلیسی زبان در این دو کشور پرداخته است که وابستگی واضحی به حاکمیت دارند. در این بررسی از روش تحلیل مقابله‎ای با ابزار تحلیل مقابله‎ای کلام و ژانر استفاده شد. نتایج نشان‌دهنده‌ی تفاوت مهمی در نسبت‌سنجی موردنظر در دو کشور ایران و آمریکا است. الگوی آمریکایی، مبتنی‌بر هم‌سازی خط مشی و سیاست رسانه‌ای با سیاست خارجی و رویکرد القاء‌محور آن است؛ درحالی‌که در ایران چنین رویکردی تقریبا دیده نمی‎شود. سبک حاکم بر عمده‌ی گزارش‎های خبری روزنامه‎های ایرانی عمدتا هرم وارونه هستند که صرفاً برای اطلاع‌رسانی و خبر دادن مورد استفاده قرار می‎گیرند و تاثیر قابل ‌تاملی بر کاهش آزادی عمل سیاست خارجی کشور برجای می‎گذارند.

The relationship between media policy and foreign policyCase study: A confrontational study of Iranian and American Englishlanguage newspapers

In order to examine the relationship between media policy and foreign policy of the governments of Iran and the United States, this study has conducted a case study of news reports in four Englishlanguage newspapers in the two countries that are clearly dependent on the government. In this study, coping analysis method was used with verbal and genre coping analysis tools. The results indicate a significant difference in the ratio measured in Iran and the United States. The American model is based on the integration of media policy and policy with foreign policy and its inductive approach, while in Iran such an approach is almost never seen. The mainstay of most Iranian news reports is the inverted pyramid, which is used only for informing and informing, and has a significant impact on reducing the country's foreign policy freedom of action
