علل مهار گریختگی قدرت سیاسی و سازوکارهای کنترل آن از دیدگاه امام عل(ع)

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی علل بروز مهار گریختگی و ارائه‌ی سازوکارهای لازم جهت برون‌رفت از آن از منظر امام علی(ع) است. روش پژوهش توصیفی – تحلیلی بوده و نتایج نشان داد، با استناد به آثار برجای ‌مانده از امام علی(ع)، علل مهار گریختگی قدرت سیاسی را می‌توان در خود‌بزرگ‌بینی و فراموشی قدرت و عظمت خداوند، تصور بقای قدرت و غفلت از زوال آن، احاطه‌شدن حاکم توسط مشاوران چاپلوس وغیره دانست. سازوکارهای کنترل قدرت سیاسی از نظر ایشان به دو بخش داخلی و خارجی قابل دسته‌بندی است. تقوی و پرهیزکاری، خداباوری و ایمان به روز قیامت ازجمله‌ی عوامل داخلی؛ و وجود فضای آزاد سخن‌گفتن با حاکم و نقد او، وجود فریضه‌ی امر به معروف و نهی از منکر در جامعه، ارائه‌ی برنامه و اهداف ماموریت به کارگزاران، قرار دادن عیون و ناظران بر رفتار آن‌ها، تذکر و یادآوری نقاط ضعف به آنان و برخورد جدی با کارگزاران متخلف، از موارد سازوکار بیرونی کنترل قدرت سیاسی در آرای سیاسی امام علی(ع) است.

The reasons for not adhering to political power and its control mechanisms From Imam Ali's point of view

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the reasons for not adhering to political power and provide the necessary mechanisms to overcome it from Imam Ali's perspective. The research method was descriptiveanalytical and the results showed that, based on the relics of Imam Ali (A.S.), the causes of the reasons for not adhering to political power can be attributed to selfesteem and forgetfulness of God's greatness and power, the notion of survival of power and neglect of its decline, and being surrounded of the ruler by sycophantic consultants and so on. In his view, the mechanisms of political power control can be categorized into both internal and external. Worship and piety, theism and faith in the Day of Judgment are among the internal factors; and the free space to speak to the ruler and to criticize him, to impose Enjoining good and forbidding wrong in community, to present the agenda and goals of the mission to the agents, to put overseers and monitors on their behaviors, to admonish and remind them of their weaknesses and dealing with offenders seriously, are of external mechanisms of controlling political power in Imam Ali's political opinions.
