اهداف و راهبرد امنیتی روسیه در قبال بحران سوریه

هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی رویکردها و اهداف راهبرد امنیتی روسیه در قبال بحران سوریه بوده و درپی یافتن علت و معلول و ‌میزان تاثیر متغیر مستقل پژوهش (کنش قدرت‌های بزرگ در مورد بحران سوریه) بر متغیر وابسته (واکنش ساختاری قدرت‌های بزرگ) انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی–تحلیلی بوده و اطلاعات با شیوه مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای گردآوری شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد، واقع‌گرایان حاکم بر سیاست خارجی روسیه، هدف راهبردی خود را برمبنای بازی بُردبُرد میان روسیه و غرب تعریف کرده‌اند؛ لذا نقش روسیه در جلوگیری از حمله غرب به سوریه، نمود عملی از این واقع‌گرایی است. روسیه همواره می‌خواهد امریکا او را به‌عنوان همکار همتای خود در نظر بگیرد و در تحولات جهانی، این کشور را برابر با خود به‌حساب آورد. رهبران کرملین نمی‌خواهند نظم و ژئوپلیتیک منطقه به ضررشان تغییر کند؛ چراکه هم منافع اقتصادی زیادی را از دست می‌دهند و هم امکان تسری این تحولات به حوزه‌ی نزدیک روسیه وجود دارد. امروز چرایی پایداری کرملین در بحران موجود در کشور سوریه، نمود بارز و تعبیری واقع‌گرایانه‌ از قدرت و پیچیدگی مفهوم امنیت به ‌خود گرفته است. کرملین به‌خوبی می‌داند که آن‌قدر بزرگ نشده که توان ایجاد موازنه در برابر قدرت شبکه‌ای غرب را داشته باشد.

Russia’s goals and security strategy for the Syrian crisis

The main purpose of this study is to investigate approaches and goals of Russia’s security strategy for the Syrian crisis, and to pinpoint its causes and the level of the effect of the independent variable in the researchgreat powers’ reaction to Syrian crisis—on the independent variable of the research—great powers’ structural reaction.  The research method is descriptiveanalytical, and data were gathered with library method. The results of the study indicated that realists ruling Russia’s foreign policy have defined their strategic goal on a winwin game basis between Russia and the West, so that the role of Russia in preventing the West’s attack against Russia is a practical representation of this realism. Russia has always expected the US to view it as its counterpart and involve this country in the world’s developments in the same way as it does. The Kremlin’s leaders do not want an order and geopolitics that change against their will, because they may both lose great economic benefits and see this possibility that these developments will be precipitated in the area close to Russia. Today, why Kremlin stands firm in the ongoing crisis in Syria has manifested itself and taken on a realistic interpretation of power and the complexity of the notion of security. Kremlin knows it for sure that it has not become “great” enough to maintain a balance against the interconnected power of the West.
