محرومیت‌های سیاسی -اجتماعی؛ بستر جامعه‌شناختی افراط‌گرایی معاصر

پژوهش حاضر به تحلیل محرومیت‌های سیاسی و اجتماعی کلانی می‌پردازد که به‌لحاظ عینی، بستر رشد اندیشه‌ی خشونت‌گرا در جهان عرب معاصر را فراهم آورده و موجب جذب بخشی از جامعه به‌سمت افراط‌گرایی شده است. بدین‌منظور برمبنای ظرفیت نظریه‌های محرومیت نسبی، بدین نتیجه دست یافته‌ایم که محرومیت از ارزش‌های معطوف به قدرت (وضعیت مشارکت سیاسی)، ارزش‌های بین‌الاشخاصی (وضعیت جامعه‌ی مدنی) و ارزش‌های مادی (وضعیت فقر، آموزش و حاشیه‌نشینی) منجر به ایجاد شکاف بین انتظارات ارزشی و توانایی‌های ارزشی بخشی از جامعه می‌شود و محیط مناسبی را برای جریان‌های افراط‌گرا می‌آفریند. وضعیت اجتماعی جهان عرب به‌لحاظ ارزش‌های مادی نشان‌گر فاصله‌ی معنادار میان وضع موجود و انتظارات ارزشی شهروندان است. تحلیل جریان‌های خشونت‌گرای معاصر در جهان عرب مانند داعش و القاعده صرفاً زمانی صائب است که علاوه‌بر تحلیل مولفه‌های فکری، به بسترهای اجتماعیسیاسی این جریانها نیز توجه شود.

Politicalsocial deprivations; a sociological context of modern extremism

The purpose of the present research is to investigate largescale political and social deprivation that objectively provides a context for promoting radical ideas in the contemporary Arab world, leading the groundwork for attracting part of society to extremist idea. This research was conducted in a descriptiveanalytical manner, and the findings of the capacities of relative deprivation theories indicated that deprivation of poweroriented values (the status of political participation), interpersonal values (the status of poverty, education, and suburbanization) has escalated into a gap between value expectations and value capabilities of part of society, helping extremists to benefit more greatly from the accessible and despicable social context. The social situation of the Arab world with respect to material values is an indication of a significant distance between the status que and value expectations of citizens. The analyses of current violent movements in the Arab world such as ISIS and alQaeda are of significance when the socialpolitical context of these movements is taken into consideration apart from the analyses of intellectual components.
