شناسایی تعیین گرهای کیفیت روابط زوجی اثرگذار بر بیماری لوپوس در زنان: یک مطالعه کیفی

زمینه: بیماری لوپوس یک بیماری خود ایمن است که علت ابتلا و عود آن از منظر پزشکی مشخص و قابل پیش‌بینی نیست، زیربنای این بیماری نابهنجاری در فرآیند التهاب است. التهاب نیز اولین پاسخ سیستم ایمنی به محرک مضر است. ادراک حمایت اجتماعی و رضایت زناشویی بر سیستم ایمنی و التهاب اثرگذار استهدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف یافتن تعیین گرهای کیفیت روابط زناشویی موثر بر روند بیماری لوپوس انجام گرفت.روش: در این پژوهش از رویکردی کیفی به شیوه پدیدارشناسی تفسیری استفاده شد. بدین منظور با استفاده از روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته، تجربه زیسته 15 بیمار زن مبتلا به لوپوس که به‌صورت ملاک محور انتخاب شدند، با استفاده از روش دیکلمن، آلن و تانر (1989) و نرم افزار maxquda10 مورد واکاوی قرار گرفت.یافته ها: پس از پیاده‌سازی مصاحبه‌ها و تحلیل عمیق داده‌ها 53 نشانگر، 17 ملاک و 5 عامل اصلی شامل ویژگی‌های شخصیتی همسر ، سبک تعاملی با همسر ، هیجانات ادراک‌شده در رابطه‌ی زوجی ، حمایت ادراک‌شده از سوی همسر در برابر بیماری و تنش گرهای موقعیتی شناسایی شد.نتیجه‌گیری: با لحاظ نمودن تعیین گرهای کیفیت روابط زوجی که بر روند این بیماری و حتی پاسخ‌دهی بیمار به درمان اثرگذار است، گام مهمی در بهبود این بیماری می توان برداشت.

Identifying the influential determinants of marital relationship quality on lupus diseases in women: A qualitative research

Background: Lupus is an autoimmune disease which cause and flares up are not medically predictable from a medical point of view. Inflammation is also the immune system #39;s first response to a harmful stimulus. Perceptions of social support and marital satisfaction affect the immune system and inflammation.Aims: The general purpose of this study is to identify methods of stabilizing career wellbeing, inother words, identifying resources that directly or indirectly increase wellbeing and effectivelyPrevent adaptation to organizational stimuli.Methods: In this study, a qualitative approach to interpretive phenomenology was used. For this purpose, using the semistructured interview method, the living experience of 15 patients with lupus who were selected as a criterion was analyzed using Diekelman (1989) method.Results: After conducting interviews and indepth data analysis, 53 indicators, 17 criteria and 5 main factors including spouse personality traits , interactive style with spouse , perceived emotions in a couple relationship , Perceived support by the spouse in the face of illness. and situational stressor .Conclusion: By considering the determinants of couple relationships quality which affect the course of this disease and even the patient #39;s response to treatment, an important step can be taken to improve this disease.
