بررسی رابطه ساختاری مسئولیت پذیری و فرسودگی تحصیلی با میانجی گری سبک‌های تصمیم‌گیری دانش آموزان دوره دوم متوسطه

زمینه: همه‌ساله، دانش آموزان زیادی با شوق و رغبت و امید به آینده، وارد مقاطع مختلف آموزشی می‌شوند و علی رغم اینکه انتظار می‌رود این شوق و انگیزه، ادامه یابد تا به بهترین نحو، به اعتلای فردی و جامعه کمک نماید، اما برخی از دانش آموزان، دچار فرسودگی تحصیلی می‌شوند، بنابراین مسئله اصلی پژوهش بررسی رابطه ساختاری مسئولیت پذیری و فرسودگی تحصیلی با میانجی‌گری سبک‌های تصمیم گیری دانش آموزان دوره دوم متوسطه می باشد.هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه ساختاری مسئولیت پذیری و فرسودگی تحصیلی با میانجی‌گری سبک‌های تصمیم گیری دانش آموزان دوره دوم متوسطه انجام گرفت.روش: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی و مدل معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه دانش آموزان پسر پایه دهم و یازدهم دوره دوم متوسطه مدارس دولتی شهر یزد مشغول به تحصیل در سال تحصیلی 991398 تشکیل دادند که تعداد آن ها 2031 نفر بوده و از این تعداد، 323 نفر به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله‌ای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش برای جمع‌آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه سنجش میزان مسئولیت پذیری دانش‌آموزان (منیره کردلو، 1389)، پرسشنامه سبک‌های تصمیم گیری عمومی gdms (اسکات و بروس، 1995) و پرسشنامه فرسودگی تحصیلی mbiss (برسو و همکاران، 2007) استفاده شد و سپس داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل کوواریانس محور و رگرسیون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. در این پژوهش جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزار amos نسخه 24 استفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد مسئولیت‌پذیری بر فرسودگی‌تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان دوره دوم متوسطه تاثیر منفی و معنادار دارد (0/001>p). همچنین در ادامه، تحلیل نتایج نشان داد سبک های تصمیم گیری بر فرسودگی‌تحصیلی دانش آموزان دوره دوم متوسطه تاثیر دارد، به گونه‌ای که سبک های تصمیم‌گیری اجتنابی، وابستگی و آنی تاثیری مثبت و معنادار داشته (0/001 >p) و سبک های تصمیم‌گیری شهودی و عقلانی اثری منفی و معنادار دارند (0/001 >p). در نهایت نیز تحلیل داده‌های موجود نشان داد که مسئولیت‌پذیری با میانجی گری سبک های تصمیم‌گیری بر فرسودگی تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان دوره دوم متوسطه تاثیر دارد (0/01

Research of structural relationship between responsibility and academic burnout with mediating role of decision- making styles in secondary public high school students

Background: Many students enter different educational levels each year with enthusiasm, passion and hope for future. Although it is expeted that the enthusiasm and passion would last to amount to personal and social progress in the best possible way, some students get academic burnout, Therefore, the main issue of the study is to investigate the structural relationship between responsibility and academic burnout with the mediation of decisionmaking styles of high school students.Aims: The present research aimed to study the structural relationship between responsibility and academic burnout with mediating role of decisionmaking styles in the secondary high school students.Methods: This was a descriptive reseach with correlation methods and structural equation modeling. The statistical population of the research included all the male students (2031 members, that among them, 323 have been chosen by Cluster Random Sampling method) studying in grades 10 and 11 in secondary public high schools of Yazd, in the educational year 201920. Gathering data is made possible by questionnaire of evaluating the level of students #39; responsibility (Monireh Kordloo, 2010), GDMS general decision making questionnaire (Scott Bruce, 1995) and MBISS educational burnout questionnaire (Breso and colleauges, 2007). Afterwards, The data has been scrutinized through Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA) and Regression analysis. Version 24 of AMOS software is used for analyzing data in this research.Results: The results revealed that responsibility has negative and statistical significance on the secondary high school students #39; academic burnout (P<0/001). Furthermore, the results revealed that the decisionmaking styles affect the secondary high school students #39; academic burnout, in such a way that avoidant, dependent and spontaneous decisionmaking styles have positive and statistical significance (P<0/001) while the rational and intuitive decisionmaking styles have negative and statistical significance (P>0/01).Conclusion: Regarding the importance of responsibility and students #39; decisionmaking styles variables that are in correlation with burnout variable and the necessity of improving them to enhance the academic and educational quality, it is vital to evaluate and indicate the relationship between these variables.
