واکاوی نظریه‌های نیازهای روانشناختی بنیادین انسان: یک رویکرد فرانظری

زمینه: نظریه‌های نیازهای روانشناختی بنیادین انسان، یکی از پاسخ‌های محققین به چرایی رفتارهای بشر بوده است و امروزه بیش از آنکه شاهد ظهور نظریه جدیدی در باب نیازهای بنیادین انسان باشیم، شاهد بکارگیری روزافزون این نظریه‌ها در سایر حوزه‌ها هستیم؛ با این‌حال عدم جامعیت در مرور و بررسی تحلیلی این نظریه‌ها همواره خلاء اساسی در تحقیقات گذشته بوده است.هدف: پژوهش حاضر می‌کوشد تا در گام نخست نظریه‌های نیازهای روانشناختی بنیادین را گرد‌آوری نموده و سپس با رویکردی فرانظری به تجزیه‌وتحلیل آن‌ها اقدام نماید.روش: در این مطالعه، برای جمع‌آوری نظریه‌ها از روش مرور نظام‌مند استفاده شده است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، کلیه منابع فارسی و لاتین مرتبط با موضوع است که بدون محدودیت زمانی در پایگاه‌های علمی معتبر انتشار یافته‌اند. از میان 1152 پژوهش بررسی شده نهایتاً 29 نظریه معتبر استخراج شد. سپس، بر اساس مطالعات گذشته، سه متغیر »ساختار نظریه «، »سطح تحلیل نظریه « و »مقوله‌بندی‌های ارائه شده « مبنای انجام تحلیل فرانظریه قرار گرفتند.یافته ها: اکثر نظریه‌های نیازهای بنیادین انسان از ساختار مجموعه نیازهای مستقل پیروی می‌کنند، سه نیاز »لذت‌جویی «، »حفظ بقاء « و »تعلق « تاکنون به عنوان نیاز ریشه‌ای در سه نظریه متفاوت مطرح و مدل سلسله‌مراتبی جز در نظریات مازلو در نظریه دیگری تکرار نشده است و چهار نظریه قائل به وجود ارتباطاتی بین مولفه‌های ذکر شده هستند. سطح تحلیل نیازهای روانی، وجه مشترک همه نظریه‌ها است و نهایتاً این‌که کمتر از یک‌سوم نظریه‌ها اقدام به مقوله‌بندی نیازها نموده‌اند. نتیجه‌گیری: هریک از نظریه‌های نیازهای روانشناختی ساختار منحصربه‌فرد خود را دارند. بکارگیری این‌ نظریه‌ها برای حل مسائل مختلف در داخل و خارج از حوزه روانشناسی، مستلزم درک شباهت‌ها و تفاوت‌های ساختاری این نظریه‌ها و نیازهای مطرح شده در هریک از آن‌ها است.

Analysis of the human basic psychological needs’ theories: A meta-theory approach

Background: Theories of human basic psychological needs have been always one of the researchers rsquo; answers to human behaviors. Nowadays, application of existing theories of human basic needs in other domains is being more trended rather than emergence of a new theory; However, lack of comprehensiveness in reviewing and analyzing of these theories has always been a fundamental gap in past research.Aims: The present study attempts to collect theories of basic psychological needs in first step and then to analyze them with a metatheoretical approach.Methods: In this study, a systematic review method has been used to collect theories. The statistical population of the study is all related Persian and English researches that have been published in valid scientific databases without time limit. Out of 1152 reviewed studies, 29 valid theories were finally extracted. Then, based on previous studies, the three variables theory structure , level of theory analysis and provided categories were used as the basis of metatheory analysis.Results: Most of human basic needs theories follow the structure of independent set of needs, so far, the three needs of hedonism , survival and belonging have been considered as root needs in three different theories and the hierarchical model has not been repeated in any other theory but Maslow rsquo;s. Four theories believe that there are connections between the mentioned components. The level of psychological needs analysis is a common feature of all theories, and finally, less than onethird of theories have provided categorization.Conclusion: Each theory of psychological needs has its own unique structure. Applying these theories to solve various problems inside and outside the field of psychology requires understanding the structural similarities and differences of these theories and the presented needs in them
