اثربخشی درمان فعال‌سازی رفتاری گروهی بر افسردگی و بحران هویت بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس

زمینه: نظر به مزمن و طولانی بودن بیماری مولتیپل اسکلروزیس و اهمیت شاخص افسردگی و بحران هویت در این بیماران، لزوم توجه به کاربرد درمان فعال‌سازی رفتاری گروهی در این بیماران مغفول مانده است. هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان فعال‌سازی رفتاری گروهی بر افسردگی و بحران هویت بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس انجام شد. روش: پژوهش حاضر شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی بیماران زن مبتلا به ام‌اس عضو انجمن ام‌اس شهر کرج در بازه زمانی اردیبهشت تا دی‌ماه سال 1398 بودند که به شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تعداد 30 بیمار ام‌اس بر اساس ملاک‌های ورود و خروج انتخاب و به شیوه تصادفی در دو گروه (15 نفر در گروه آزمایش و 15 نفر در گروه گواه) جایگزین شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل پرسش‌نامه‌های افسردگی بک و همکاران ویرایش دوم (1996) و پرسشنامه بحران هویت رجایی و همکاران (1387) بود. گروه آزمایش تحت درمان فعال‌سازی رفتاری گروهی در 8 جلسه 60 دقیقه ای قرار گرفتند، اما گروه گواه هیچ مداخله‌ای دریافت نکردند. جهت تحلیل آماری داده‌ها از میانگین، انحراف معیار و آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره با نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 24 در سطح معنی‌داری 0/05 = α استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که در پس‌آزمون پس از تعدیل نمرات پس‌آزمون بر روی نمرات پیش‌آزمون میانگین نمرات افسردگی و بحران هویت گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه گواه به‌طور معنی‌داری کاهش پیدا کرد (0/001 >p). نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، از درمان فعال‌سازی رفتاری گروهی به‌عنوان درمان مکمل در کنار سایر روش‌های درمانی برای بهبود وضعیت روانشناختی بیماران مولتیپل اسکلروزیس استفاده شود.

The effectiveness of group behavioral activation therapy on depression and identity crisis in patients with multiple sclerosis

Background: Due to the chronic and long duration of multiple sclerosis and the importance of depression and identity crisis in these patients, the need to pay attention to the use of group behavioral activation therapy in these patients has been neglected. Aims: The present study aimed to determine the effectiveness of group behavioral activation therapy on depression and identity crisis in patients with multiple sclerosis. Method: The present study was a quasiexperimental with a pretest and posttest design with a control group. The statistical population included all female patients with inflammatory bowel disease who were members of the inflammatory bowel disease association of Karaj in the period from May to December 2020. By purposive sampling method, 30 inflammatory bowel patients were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria and randomly divided into two groups (15 people in the experimental group and 15 people in the control group) were replaced. Data collection tools included Beck et al. Depression Questionnaire (Second Edition (1996)) and Rajai et al.chr('39')s Identity Crisis Questionnaire (2008). The experimental group was treated with group behavioral activation in 8 sessions of 60 minutes, but the control group did not receive any intervention. For statistical analysis of data, mean, standard deviation and multivariate analysis of covariance were used with SPSS software version 24 at a significance level of alpha;= 0/05. Results: The results showed that in the posttest, after adjusting the posttest scores on the pretest scores, the mean scores of depression and identity crisis in the experimental group significantly decreased compared to the control group (p< 0/001). Conclusions: Based on the results of the study, group behavioral activation therapy should be used as a complementary therapy along with other treatment methods to improve the psychological status of multiple sclerosis patients.
