آزمون مدل طرحواره‌ای یانگ جهت تبیین مشکلات خوردن در افراد مبتلا به مشکلات شخصیتی

زمینه: مطالعات متعددی رابطه بین طرحواره‌های سازش نایافته اولیه و اختلالات روانشناختی را نشان می دهند. این پژوهش به دنبال آن بود که مشخص کند آیا سبک های مقابله ای یانگ می تواند بر رابطه بین طرحواره های سازش نایافته اولیه و مشکلات خوردن در افراد مبتلا به مشکلات شخصیتی تاثیر بگذارد؟ هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش واسطه ای سبک های مقابله ای یانگ در افراد مبتلا به مشکلات شخصیتی، در رابطه بین طرحواره های سازش نایافته اولیه و اختلال خوردن انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی همبستگی و به شکل خاص مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه افراد دارای مشکلات خوردن است که به مراکز مشاوره شهر قم مراجعه کرده بودند. از میان این جامعه 234 نفر به شیوه هدفمند با استفاده از مقیاس میلون ш، به عنوان گروه نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه های طرحواره یانگ (1999)، بازخورد (نگرش های) خوردن گارنر و همکاران (1982)، جبران افراطی یانگ ndash; رای (1994) و اجتناب یانگ رای (1994) بودند. داده های به دست آمده با روش معادلات ساختاری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که شاخص های برازش مدل پژوهش وضعیت مطلوبی داشت (0/9

Yang schema model test to explain eating problems in people with personality disorders

Background: Numerous studies have shown the relationship between early maladaptive schemas and psychological disorders. This study seeks to determine whether Yang's coping styles can influence the relationship between early maladaptive schemas and eating disorders in individuals with personality disorders. Aims: The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of Young's coping styles in individuals with personality disorders in the relationship between early maladaptive schemas and eating disorder. Method: The research method is descriptivecorrelational and in particular form of structural equation modeling. The statistical population includes all people with eating disorders who referred to counseling centers in Qom From this community, 234 people were selected as the sample group in a purposeful manner using the Millon scale ш. Research tools included the Young and Brown Schema Questionnaire (2003), Garner et al. (1982), Extreme Compensation, and YangRay Avoidance (1994). The data were analyzed using structural equation method. Results: The results showed that the fit of the research model was favorable (GFI >0.9) and both coping styles (extreme avoidance and compensation), The relationship between maladaptive schemas and eating disorders played a mediating role. Conclusions: So Young's coping styles play a mediating role in the effects of early maladaptive schemas on eating disorders in individuals with personality disorders.
