تبیین رابطۀ ابعاد سرمایه‌های روانشناختی و مولفه‌های همدلی عاطفی با میانجی‌گری هوش زیباشناسی

زمینه: زیباشناسی یکی از مفاهیمی است که اخیراً مورد توجه روانشناسان قرار گرفته است. در این راستا، پرسش اصلی بدین صورت مطرح می گردد که آیا بین ابعاد سرمایه های روانشناختی (امیدواری، تاب آوری، خوش بینی و کارآمدی) و مولفه های همدلی عاطفی (شناختی، اجتماعی و هیجانی) با میانجی گری هوش زیباشناسی رابطۀ معنادار وجود دارد یا خیر؟ هدف: هدف این پژوهش تبیین رابطۀ ابعاد سرمایه های روانشناختی و مولفه های همدلی عاطفی با میانجی گری هوش زیباشناسی دانش آموزان دورۀ متوسطه بود. روش: طرح این پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. 205 دانش آموز دورۀ متوسطه شهر تویسرکان به شیوۀ نمونه گیری خوشه ای طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامۀ سرمایۀ روانشناختی لوتانز و آولیو (2007)، پرسشنامه های زیباشناسی رشید و حسنوند (1393) و همدلی عاطفی بارون کوهن (2003) استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین ابعاد سرمایه های روانشناختی با مولفه های همدلی عاطفی ارتباط معنادار وجود دارد (p<0.001). همچنین از بین متغیرها و مولفه های مورد بررسی زیباشناسی بر همدلی هیجانی بیشترین تاثیر و کارآمدی بر زیباشناسی کمترین تاثیر را داشت. نتیجه گیری: با تغییر در هر یک از مولفه های سرمایه های روانشناختی، مولفه های همدلی عاطفی افراد تغییر می کند و البته هوش زیباشناسی افراد به عنوان یک میانجی، در این زمینه اثرگذار است.

Explaining the Relationship between Dimensions of Psychological Capital and Components of Emotional Empathy by the Mediation of Aesthetic Intelligence

Background: Aesthetics is one of the concepts that have recently received psychologists rsquo; attention. In this regard, the main question is whether there are significant relationships between the dimensions of psychological capitals (hope, resiliency, optimism, and efficiency) and emotional empathy components (cognitive, social and emotional empathy) by mediating aesthetic intelligence or not? Aims: The present study aimed to explain the relationships between the dimensions of psychological capitals and emotional empathy components by mediating aesthetics intelligence. Method: The present study was a correlationaldescriptive design. 205 high school students of the city of Touyserkan were selected by stratified cluster sampling. Data were collected using the psychological capital questionnaire (Luthans and Avolio, 2007), the intelligence aesthetic scale (Rashid and Hasanvand, 1393), and the emotional empathy scale (BaronCohen, 2003). Data were analyzed through structural equation modeling. Results: Results showed that there were significant relationships between the dimensions of psychological capitals and emotional empathy components (p<0/001). Also, among the variables and components under study, aesthetics had the highest effect on emotional empathy and the efficacy had the least effect on aesthetics. Conclusions: with the change in each of the dimensions of psychological capitals, the individuals rsquo; emotional empathy components change and, of course, the individuals rsquo; aesthetic intelligence is effective in this regard.
