پیش بینی روشنی بیان معلمان بر اساس رگه‌های بزرگ شخصیتی (ocean)

در زمینۀ عوامل موثر بر میزان یادگیری دانش آموزان، به نقش تاثیرگذار سبک بیان معلمان اشاره شده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تبیین و پیش بینی روشنی بیان معلم بر اساس پنج رگۀ بزرگ شخصیتی (برونگردی، تجربه پذیری، روان آزردگی گرایی، دلپذیری، وجدانی بودن)، سن و وضعیت شغلی بود. به همین منظور، 100 نفر از دبیران زن دبیرستان های شهر همدان از رشته های مختلف علوم انسانی به روش خوشه ای چندمرحله ای انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده ها از «پرسشنامۀ شخصیت گلدبرگ» و «پرسشنامه روشنی بیان لادکاوسکی» استفاده شد. برای هر معلم 20 دانش آموز و در مجموع 2000 دانش آموز روشنی بیان کل معلمان را ارزیابی نمودند. یافته های پژوهش بر اساس تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد، متغیرهای پیش بین سهم معنی داری از واریانس روشنی بیان را تبیین می کنند. رگه های شخصیتی «روان آزردگی گرایی» به صورت منفی، و «برونگردی» و «دلپذیری» به صورت مثبت می توانند روشنی بیان معلم را پیش بینی کنند. اما رگه های شخصیتی «تجربه پذیری» «وجدانی بودن»، و ویژگی های جمعیت شناختی سن، سابقۀ کاری و سطح تحصیلات نمی توانند روشنی بیان معلم را پیش بینی کنند. بنابراین باتوجه به یافته های پژوهش، فن آموزشی روشنی بیان با عوامل شخصیتی معلم مرتبط است، اما با سن، سابقه کاری و سطح تحصیلات معلم مرتبط نیست.

Prediction of teacher clarity based on the personality super traits

In the context of effective elements of atudent rsquo;s learning, the influencing role of teacher rsquo;s explanation style has been emphasized. In the current study, the contribution of the big five personality traits, age and job status in the prediction of teacher rsquo;s clarity has been investigated. The sample includes 100 female teachers from those teaching in high schools of hamedan province selected by multiplestage cluster sampling method. ldquo;Goldberg personality inventory rdquo; (GPI) and ldquo;Wlodkowski clarity questionnaire rdquo; (WCQ) were used for data gathering. 2000 students assessed the teacher rsquo;s clarity (20 students for each teacher). The results showed that the personality traits of ldquo;extraversion rdquo; and ldquo;agreeableness rdquo; are positive predictors, and ldquo;neuroticism rdquo; is a negative predictor of teacher rsquo;s clarity. The personality traits of ldquo;conscientiousness rdquo; and ldquo;openness to experience rdquo; and demographic characteristic (age job status) cannot predict Teacher rsquo;s clarity. According to these results, personality traits are influential factors in teacher rsquo;s explanation, and by rearing personality traits such as ldquo;Extraversion rdquo; and ldquo;agreeableness rdquo;, teacher rsquo;s clarity can be increased.
