آموزش شیوه تعامل مبتنی بر حل مساله و اثر آن بر سبک های تربیتی والدین و حل مشکل در خانواده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی کارگاه مداخله حل مساله بر سبک های تربیتی والدین و حل مشکل خانوادگی است. روش: گروه نمونه شامل 51 نفر از مادران نوجوانانی است که در مدارس غیرانتفاعی شهر تهران مشغول به تحصیل بوده اند. این کارگاه ها هفته ای یک بار در 9 جلسه 2 ساعته از سوی مربیان مجرب برگزار شدند. پژوهش از نوع شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون پس آزمون بدون گروه کنترل گواه است. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در پژوهش حاضر، پرسش نامه سبک های تربیتی والدین و حل مشکل خانواده می باشد. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از اثربخشی این برنامه بوده است، به طوری که در مقیاس سبک های تربیتی، هر چهار خرده مقیاس حل مساله، پیشنهاد بدون توضیح، همراه با توضیح و تنبیه تفاوت معناداری در سطح 0/001>pدارند. این یافته بدین معنا است که آموزش حل مساله توانسته میانگین نمره های حل مساله را افزایش داده و در مقابل میانگین نمرات خرده مقیاس های پیشنهاد بدون توضیح، همراه با توضیح و تنبیه را کاهش دهد. نتایج حاصل از داده های پرسشنامه حل مشکل خانواده نیز نشان داد هر دو خرده مقیاس رابطه و فرایند حل مشکل تفاوت معناداری دارند. مداخله حاضر به نظر می رسد که می تواند به عنوان برنامه ای موثر برای آموزش مهارت های حل مساله به والدین به کار رود.

Teaching interaction strategies based on problem solving and its effects on parenting style and problem solving in the family

This study examined the effectiveness of problemsolving workshops on parenting styles and family problem solving. The study sample consisted of 51 mothers whose children enrolled in private schools in Tehran. These 2hours workshops were conducted once a week for 9 sessions by experienced trainers. The quasiexperimental design with pretest and posttest without control group was used. Parenting style questionnaire and family problem solving scale were used in this study. Results indicated the effectiveness of the program, so that for the scale of parenting styles, the four subscales of problem solving, suggestions, explanations and punishments showed significant differences at the level of p<0.001. This means that teaching problem solving could increase the mean score of problem solving and reduce the scores of the suggestion, explanation, and punishment. The results of family problem solving scale showed significant differences for both subscales of relationship and family problem solving process. Discussion: this intervention can be used as an effective program for training problem solving skills in parents. finally, results, suggestions and limitations are presented.
