سنجش تحریک‌پذیری ضربان قلب کودکان مبتلا به بیماری مزمن پزشکی براساس سبک دلبستگی

زمینه: روانشناسی سلامت کودک و نوجوان و بررسی نقش عوامل روان شناختی در چگونگی سازگاری کودکان با شرایط پزشکی، از حوزه های قابل توجه در روانشناسی سلامت است. یکی از این عوامل روان شناختی که در پژوهش های متعدد نقش مهمی را در سلامت به خود اختصاص داده سبک دلبستگی است. هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف سنجش تحریک پذیری ضربان قلب کودکان مبتلا به بیماری مزمن پزشکی بر اساس سبک دلبستگی انجام گرفت. روش: روش این پژوهش از نوع شبه آزمایشی است، به این منظور 45 کودک 15-12 ساله واجد ملاک های طرح، که با تشخیص یک بیماری مزمن تحت درمان پزشکی بودند، پس از اعلام موافقت وارد طرح پژوهش شدند. کلیه کودکان با تشخیص یک بیماری مزمن پزشکی تحت درمان پزشکی بودند. این کودکان مبتلا به بیماری های دیابت، نارسایی کلیوی و آسم بودند. پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه سبک دلبستگی کولینز و رید(1990) توسط این کودکان، آنها بر اساس نمرات اخذ شده در سه گروه با سبک دلبستگی ایمن، اجتنابی و اضطرابی قرار گرفتند. در گام بعد نیز سنجش تحریک پذیری ضربان قلب انجام شد. یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد در کودکان با سبک دلبستگی ایمن، میزان معناداری 0/05>p در نمرات دلبستگی و زیر مقیاس های تحریک پذیری ضربان قلب شامل نرخ ضربان قلب و نرخ تنفس در مقایسه با گروه های با سبک دلبستگی ناایمن دیده شد. نتیجه گیری: مطالعه حاضر نشان می دهد که ابتلا به بیماری های مزمن پزشکی کودکان می تواند منجر به عواقب روانی اجتماعی مهمی در آنها و والدینشان گردد و میزان سازگاری آنها را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد و سبک دلبستگی کودکان می تواند در این میان نقش موثری داشته باشد.

Evaluation heart rate irritability in children with chronic medical conditions based on attachment style

Background: Pediatric health psychology and investigating the role of psychological factors in adaptation of children with medical conditions is a notable field in health psychology. One of these psychological factors is the attachment style which plays an important role in the literature. Aims: The present study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the heart rate irritability in the children with chronic medical conditions based on attachment style. Method: In this quasiexperimental study, the effect of attachment psychological factor on heart rate irritability in children with chronic medical conditions was investigated this end, 45 children aged 1215 years with the criteria for diagnosis of a chronic medical condition were selected by sampling method. These children were suffering from diabetes and renal failure and nasal congestion. entered the study After completing the Collins and Reid (1990) Attachment Style Questionnaire, children were divided into three groups with security, avoidant and anxiety attachment style. In the next step, heart rate irritability and measurements were performed. Results: Finding of the study showed that in children with security attachment style, there was a significant difference p<%05 in attachment scores and heart rate excitatory subtypes including heart rate and respiration rates as compared to those with insecure attachment style. Conclusions: This study showed that the chronic medicalconditions in children lead to psychosocial harm in them and their parents and their compatibility is affected, and the attachment style of children can affect this relationship.
