جستارِ تحلیلی روایات معاریض کلام و تطبیقات آن در فقه الحدیث

یکی از واژگان پرتکرار در تراث روایی که معصومین (علیهم السلام) بر آن تاکید داشته اند؛ واژه «معاریض»‌می‌باشد، انگاره های مختلفی نسبت به گستره و کاربست معنایی معاریض وجود دارد اما اندیشه صحیح این است که در این واژه نقل مفهومی به مفهوم دیگر رخ نداده است و به همان معنای عرفی و لغوی خود یعنی خلاف تصریح گویی در روایات استفاده شده است.معاریض یکی از عناصر الگوریتم استظهار بلکه مهمترین آنها است؛ به گونه ای که اگر شخصی به معاریض کلام معصومین(علیهم السلام) و روش های استخدام معاریض در کلام توسط ایشان(علیهم السلام) آشنایی نداشته باشد، مفهوم اجتهاد از او صحت سلب دارد و این مفاد به خوبی از روایاتی که مشتمل بر امر به فهم معاریض است استفاده می‌شود.پژوهش حاضر با هدف مرور نظام مند و روش تحلیلی_توصیفی؛ به بررسی عناصر سه گانه نیل به مراد جدی این روایات که عبارت است از صدور و دلالت و جهت صدور این روایات پرداخته است؛ نسبت به بازکاوی اخبار معاریض به مثابه یک قاعده اساسی در استظهار و یک نهاد مهم در رفع تعارضات میان روایات، پژوهش مستقلی وجود ندارد و این مطلب برای اولین بار در کلمات آیت الله سیستانی (سیستانی،1441ق،ج1،ص352) مطرح گردیده است.

one of the most frequent words in the narrative tradition that the innocents emphasized; the word is ma’arid, there are different ideas about the use of ma’arid, but the correct idea is that in this word, there is no transfer of one concept to another, and it is used in the same conventional and lexical meaning, that is, contradicting the clarification in hadiths.manifestation is one of the elements of manifestation, but also the most important of them; in such a way that if a person is not familiar with the interpretations of the words of the innocents and the methods of employing interpretations in the word by them, the concept of ijtihad is not valid for him.this article, with the understanding of the seriousness of the position of this issue and considering that there is no independent research about it, in five chapters of nature, classification of hadith data, examination of the conflict of these news with the book, why the declaration of the existence of contradictions in the speech of ahl al-bayt and adaptations for style maarid has investigated the exportation and brokering and the exportation direction of these narrations with a descriptive analytical method.
