آوازخوانی زن در روایات شیعی: تحلیل صدوری و فقه الحدیثی

از دیرباز محققان، محدثان و فقیهان برای تشخیص احادیث سره از ناسره با استفاده از مطالعات رجالی و صدوری و تحلیل متن به پالایش روایات مبادرت ورزیده‏ و با پژوهش‌های فقه الحدیثی به تنقیح مراد و مقصود احادیث همت گماشته‌اند. با این همه تا کنون پژوهش مستقلی در روایات مرتبط با آواز‏خوانی زنان صورت نگرفته است. در این مقاله با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی احادیثی را که فقها مستند صدور حکم نهی یا جواز آوازخوانی زنان قرار داده‏اند دسته‏بندی کرده و آنها را از نظر صحت صدور و دلالت فقه الحدیثی مورد تحلیل قرار داده‏ایم تا پاسخ‏گوی این سوال اصلی تحقیق باشد: روایات شیعی در باب آوازخوانی زنان از نظر صحت صدور و دلالت فقه الحدیثی چگونه است؟نتیجهٔ این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد اولاً در میان دو دسته روایت‌های دلالت کننده بر جواز و عدم جواز احادیث معتبر کم نیست و ثانیاً در میان این دو دسته تعارض مفهومی وجود ندارد و ثالثاً این احادیث بر حکم آوازخوانی صرف نظر از امور دیگر دلالتی ندارد.

singing of women in shiite narrations: theirs issues and analysis of theirs jurisprudence

for a long time, some of the researchers, scholars and jurists have tried to refine hadiths by using rijal knowledge, issues of narrations and analysis of hadith texts. they have tried to revise the meaning and purpose of the hadiths with the researches of hadith jurisprudence. however, no independent research has been done on the traditions related to women’s singing. in this article, with the descriptive-analytical method, we have categorized the hadiths that the jurists have considered as documents for the issuance of prohibition or the permission of women to sing; and we have analyzed them in terms of the authenticity of the issuance and the implications of hadith jurisprudence in order to answer this question. the main question of the research is: what are the shiite traditions about women’s singing in terms of the authenticity of issuance and the implications of hadith jurisprudence?the result of this research shows that, firstly, among the two categories of narrations indicating the permissibility and impermissibility of authentic hadiths, secondly, there is no conceptual conflict between these two categories, and thirdly, these hadiths do not indicate the ruling of singing, regardless of other matters.
