ارزیابی مستندات روایی مفسران در تلقی از «اهْجُرُوهُنَّ فِی الْمَضاجِعِ»

مقاله حاضر به بررسی انتقادی مستندات روایی مفسران پیرامون «اهجروهن فی المضاجع» در آیه ٣4 سوره نسا می‌پردازد. با این هدف که مفهوم و شیوه اجرای «هجر» بر زن ناشزه را واکاوی نماید. نخست، روایات تفسیری را در چهار دسته قرار می دهد، با روش تحلیل سند-متن ارزیابی می کند و از میان آن ها دسته نخست یعنی کناره گیری از رابطه جنسی را برمی گزیند. سپس، نظام معنایی «هجر» و «مضجع» را بر اساس کاربردهای قرآنی- لغوی آن ها شکل می دهد. در نهایت، از کنار هم نهادن دسته نخست روایات با این نظام معنایی نتیجه می گیرد که عبارت مورد بحث، زن ناشزه را از خشونت رفتاری شوهرش در امان نگه می دارد. در عین حال، بستری کرامت آمیز و محترمانه برای بازگرداندن وی به زندگی مشترک فراهم می سازد.

revisiting the interpretations of uhjrūhunna fi al-maḍājiʿ (al-nisa: 34): a critical analysis to propose an alternative perspective.

in this article, the interpretation of uhjrūhunna fi al-maḍājiʿ in verse 34 of surah al-nisa is critically analyzed. the main goal of this analysis is to carefully examine the concept and application of hijr on the nasheze woman. the study categorizes interpretive traditions and utilizes isnād-cum-matn analysis to evaluate them, while also examining the quranic uses of the keyword and related evidence to establish its semantic system. the research concludes that uhjrūhunna serves as a protective measure for the nasheze woman against their husband’s violent behavior and provides a platform for respectful reconciliation. by re-evaluating traditional understandings of this verse, it offers a fresh perspective on how islamic teachings can be applied to address modern challenges in a way that upholds both justice and compassion .
