the effectiveness of group counseling based on acceptance and commitment on resilience and marital adjustment of mothers of children with leukemia

Introduction: having a child with leukemia is a major challenge for the mother, which can affect her personal and marital life. the present study aimed to determine the effectiveness of group counseling based on acceptance and commitment therapy on resilience and marital adjustment of mothers with children who have leukemia.materials and methods: the study population consisted of mothers with children who have leukemia in the oncology ward of ayatollah madani hospital in khorramabad-iran in 2020-21. of the 50 volunteers, 20 who received the lowest scores in the scales (connor richardson resilience and spinner marital adjustment) were randomly assigned into two experimental and control groups. data analyzed using the mancova test and spss-25 software.results: the results of covariance analysis revealed that group counseling based on acceptance and commitment therapy significantly increased the resilience and marital adjustment of mothers in the experimental group compared to the controls (p< 0.05), with 79.9% of the changes being explained by the treatment.conclusion: considering the effectiveness of group counseling based on acceptance and commitment therapy, therapists can use this treatment model to reduce the harm caused by the child’s disease.

اثربخشی مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر تاب آوری و سازگاری زناشویی مادران کودکان مبتلا به سرطان خون

مقدمه: داشتن فرزند مبتلا به سرطان خون یک چالش بزرگ برای مادر است که می تواند زندگی شخصی و زناشویی او را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. به همین منظور، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر تاب‌آوری و سازگاری زناشویی مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به سرطان خون انجام شد.روش‌ کار: جامعه مورد مطالعه را مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به سرطان خون در بخش انکولوژی بیمارستان آیت‌الله مدنی خرم‌آباد در سال 1399 تشکیل دادند. از بین 50 داوطلب، 20 نفری که کمترین نمره را در مقیاس های تاب آوری کانر ریچاردسون و سازگاری زناشویی اسپینر دریافت کردند به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمون و شاهد قرار گرفتند. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون مانکووا و نرم افزار spss نسخه 25 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر تاب‌آوری و سازگاری زناشویی آزمودنی‌های گروه آزمایش تاثیر مثبت و معناداری داشت (05/0>p) و 9/79 درصد از تغییرات توسط درمان تبیین شد.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اثربخشی مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد درمانی، درمانگران می توانند از این مدل درمانی برای کاهش آسیب های ناشی از بیماری کودک استفاده کنند.
