the share of sexual knowledge and attitude in predicting sexual intimacy and sexual satisfaction

Introduction: maintaining the health of family as the most important basic social entity promotes social health. in this regard, this research was conducted to determine the share of sexual knowledge and attitude in predicting sexual intimacy and satisfaction in couples. materials and methods: the statistical population of this correlational study includes all couples living in kermanshah city in 2015 who aged 20 to 40 years and married for at least two years. the sample size included 67 couples selected by the multi-stage clustering method. to collect data the sexual knowledge and attitude scale, bagarozi’s sexual intimacy questionnaire, and sexual satisfaction index were used. data analyzed through spss software, descriptive (mean and standard deviation), and inferential statistics (pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis). results: the results showed a positive and significant relationship between sexual knowledge and attitude toward sexual intimacy and satisfaction (p≤0.01). however, multiple regression analyses showed that sexual knowledge, despite its correlation with sexual intimacy and satisfaction, cannot predict them, but sexual attitude can be an adequate predictor of sexual intimacy and satisfaction. conclusion: it seems that couples with higher levels of sexual knowledge and sexual attitude have more sexual intimacy and sexual satisfaction.

سهم دانش و نگرش جنسی در پیش‌بینی میزان صمیمیت و رضایت جنسی زوجین

مقدمه: خانواده به عنوان ابتدایی ترین نهاد اجتماعی از اهمیت فراوانی برخوردار است و حفظ سلامت آن به ارتقای سلامت اجتماعی منجر خواهد شد. در همین راستا این پژوهش با هدف تعیین سهم دانش و نگرش جنسی در پیش­بینی میزان صمیمیت و رضایت جنسی زوجین اجرا گردید.روش کار: جامعه­ی آماری در این پژوهش همبستگی شامل  زوجین 20 تا 40 ساله­ی ساکن شهر کرمانشاه در سال 1394 بود که حداقل دو سال از ازدواج­شان گذشته است. حجم نمونه 134 نفر (67 زوج) بود که با روش خوشه­ا­ی چندمرحله­ای انتخاب گردید. ابزار پژوهش شامل مقیاس دانش و نگرش جنسی، پرسشنامه­ی صمیمیت جنسی باگاروزی و شاخص رضایت جنسی بود. داده ها با روش­های آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) و آمار استنباطی (آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه) و با استفاده از نرم افزار spss تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد بین دانش و نگرش جنسی با صمیمیت و رضایت جنسی رابطه­ی مثبت و معناداری (01/0≥ p ) وجود دارد اما تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که دانش جنسی با وجود همبستگی با صمیمیت و رضایت جنسی، توان پیش­بینی آن­ها را ندارد ولی نگرش جنسی می­تواند پیش­بین مناسبی برای صمیمیت و رضایت جنسی باشد.نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد هرچه سطح دانش و نگرش جنسی زوجین بالاتر باشد، میزان صمیمیت و رضایت جنسی آنها نیز بیشتر است.
