تجربه زیسته دختران کار خیابانی؛ در بستر ملاحظات جنسیتی و تفاوت‌های قومیتی

پدیده‌ی کودکان کار ازجمله مسائل اجتماعی است که در چند سال اخیر موردتوجه عده‌ی زیادی از محققین و پژوهشگران قرارگرفته، این در حالی است که در بسیاری مواقع این تحقیقات با غفلت از دختران کار صورت پذیرفته است؛ در این پژوهش تلاش شده تا با استفاده از روش تحقیق کیفی و انجام مطالعات پدیدارشناسانه، تجربه‌ی زیسته‌ی دختران کار مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار گیرد. بدین منظور با 23 دختر 6 تا 16 ساله که تجربه‌ی زیسته‌ی مشترک کار و زندگی در خیابان دارند، مصاحبه‌های عمیق کیفی شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد، درک و توصیف دختران از کار درخیابان و فهم روایت‌های آن‌ها در چهار مضمون اصلی «ویژگی‌های زمینه‌ای و قومیتی»، «سنخ‌شناسی فعالیت‌های روزمره مبتنی بر جنسیت»، «حیطه‌های فضایی و مکانی کار» و «مهارت‌ها و ترفندها» قابل مقوله‌بندی است. همچنین یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد، زمینه‌ها و بسترهای کار دختران در خیابان، در چهار مقوله‌ی «زندگی در خانواده‌های از هم گسیخته»، «فرودستی و درماندگی»، «کار دختران به‌مثابه حمایت از خانواده» و «استثمار مضاعف و کنترل شدید دختران کار» قابل مقوله‌بندی است.

The Lived Experience of Girls Working on the Street in the Context of Gender Considerations and Ethnic Differences

The phenomenon of  labor children is one of the social problems that has attracted the attention of many researchers in recent years. However, in many cases, the female children of labor having been neglected. In the present paper, it has been attempted to investigate the lived experience of female children of labor using a qualitative research method and conducting phenomenological studies. To this end, indepth qualitative interviews were conducted with 23 girls of 6 to 16 years of age who had the lived experience of both working and living on the street. The research findings show that the girls’ perception and description of work on the street and the understanding of their narratives can be categorized into four main themes: “Contextual and ethnic characteristics”, “Typology of daily activities based on gender”, “Spatial domains of work”, and “Skills and techniques”. The research findings also show that the backgrounds and contexts of girls’ work on the street can be categorized into the following four categories: “Living in disintegrated families”, “Poverty and helplessness”, “Girls’ labor as support for the family”, and “The double exploitation and strict control of female children of labor”.
