الگوی دانشگاه پژوهی در دانشگاه های وابسته به جهاد دانشگاهی

زمینه و هدف: دانشگاه‌پژوهی فرآیند نظام‌یافتة پژوهش‌ها و ارزشیابی‌های منظم در یک دانشگاه است که به‌منظور پشتیبانی از سیاست‌گذاری، برنامه‌ریزی و تصمیم‌گیری راهبردی و عملیاتی در راستای اعمال مدیریت دانش‌محور در نظر گرفته می‌شود. هدف از این پژوهش طراحی الگوی دانشگاه‌پژوهی در دانشگاه‌های وابسته به جهاد دانشگاهی است.روش بررسی: هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه و طراحی الگوی دانشگاه‌پژوهی در دانشگاه‌های وابسته به جهاد دانشگاهی است و در حیطه تحقیقات کاربردی طبقه‌بندی می‌شود. داده‌های موردنیاز از طریق بررسی اسناد دفاتر دانشگاه‌پژوهی دانشگاه‌های معتبر دنیا، متون، گزارش‌های علمی و شرح وظایف رسمی دانشگاه‌های وابسته به جهاد دانشگاهی جمع‌آوری ‌شده‌اند. نحوة گردآوری داده‌های موردنیاز در زمرة «تحقیق کیفی اکتشافی» با داده‌هایی از نوع کیفی است. جامعة آماری موردمطالعه شامل صاحب‌نظران و خبرگان دانشگاهی هستند که از موضوع شناخت کافی داشته‌اند. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش اشتراس و کوربین (کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی) انجام شده است.یافته‌ها: از تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها و مصاحبه‌های انجام‌گرفته شش بُعد اصلی در حوزه دانشگاه‌پژوهی به دست آمد، همچنین 28 مولفه استخراج شد و جمع‌بندی نتایج انجام گرفت.نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش‌ عالی سیستم پیچیده‌ای است که با تاریخچه‌های فرهنگی متفاوت، رشته‌های متنوع و عدم توازن منابع در نظام‌های آموزشی مختلف روبرو است. این تفاوت‌ها نشان‌دهندة عدم کارآمدی سیاست‌های یکدست در زمینة آموزش‌ عالی برای همه است؛ بنابراین سیاست‌ها باید به این تفاوت‌ها سازگار شوند. دانشگاه‌پژوهی یک مکانیزم، برای تمرکز و تسهیل جمع‌آوری، تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل و تفسیر داده‌ها به‌منظور ارتقای تصمیم‌گیری‌ در دانشگاه‌های ایرانی است.

background and objective: institutional research model is a structured process of organized research andregular evaluations in a university aimed at supporting strategic and operational knowledge management forpolicy-making, planning, and decision-making. the objective of this research is to design an institutionalresearch model in universities affiliated with academic center for education, culture and research (acecr).methods and materials: the present study aims propose institutional research model in universitiesaffiliated with academic center for education, culture and research and falls under the category of appliedresearch. the required data were collected through examining documents from examining the documentsof institutional research offices of prestigious universities in the world, texts, scientific reports, and officialjob descriptions of universities affiliated with academic center for education, culture and research. interms of data collection methodology, it belongs to the “exploratory qualitative research” group, and thedata type is qualitative. the study population consists of university experts and stakeholders who havesufficient knowledge about the subject. the strauss and corbin’s coding method (open, axial, and selectivecoding) was used for data analysis.results: through data analysis and interviews conducted, six main dimensions in the field of institutionalresearch were identified, and 28 components were extracted. a summary of the results was provided.conclusion: higher education is a complex system that faces different cultural backgrounds, diversefields of study, and resource imbalances in various educational systems. these differences indicate thatuniform policies will not be effective for all higher education institutions. therefore, policies need to betailored to these differences. institutional research serves as a mechanism for centralizing and facilitatingdata collection, analysis, and interpretation to enhance decision-making in iranian.
