آینده نگاری آموزش سلامت معنوی در علوم پزشکی

مقدمه: پرداختن به سلامت معنوی در کنار دیگر ابعاد سلامت انسانی در حرفه‌های مرتبط با سلامت در علوم پزشکی در ابعاد شخصی، حرفه ای و سازمانی، در کنار منافع زیاد آن از اهمیت ویژه‌ای در تعاملات با بیمار برخوردار است. طراحی یک خط سیر برای آموزش معنویت و سلامت معنوی کمک شایانی به نهادینه کردن سلامت معنوی خواهد کرد که هدف ما از این مطالعه شناسایی و تحلیل ساختاری عوامل موثر بر آینده آموزش سلامت معنوی در علوم پزشکی است.مواد و روش‏ ها: شناسایی عوامل کلیدی موثر در تغییر آموزش سلامت معنوی در دو مرحله (مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با اساتید و تکمیل پرسشنامه عوامل نهایی) انجام و سپس نوع تاثیرگذاری این عوامل کلیدی و پیشران های نهائی بر یکدیگر در یک جدول زوجی توسط نرم افزار میک مک مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ها: از مجموع پیشران‌ها و عوامل کلیدی استخراج شده از مستندات و مصاحبه‏ها، فاکتورهایی مانند نیازهای معنوی بیماران، عدم آگاهی و دانش، آموزش و مداخله بین رشته ‏ای و کار تیمی، دشواری موضوع سلامت معنوی، اعتقاد اساتید و توانمندسازی اساتید بیشترین تاثیرگذاری بر آینده آموزش سلامت معنوی در علوم پزشکی دارد.نتیجه گیری: اگر چه تمام برنامه ریزی‏ ها و سیاستگذاری‏ ها با در نظر گرفتن نیازهای معنوی بیماران انجام می شود ولی ارتقاء سطح اعتقاد اساتید به حیطه سلامت معنوی به عنوان دومین عامل مهم در کنار عوامل دیگرمثل آموزش و مداخله بین رشته‏ای و کار تیمی، عدم آگاهی و دانش، دوره‎ها و توانمندسازی اساتید، دشواری پرداختن به سلامت معنوی به عنوان  مهمترین فاکتور تاثیرگذار بر آینده آموزش سلامت معنوی در علوم پزشکی  بشمار می رود.

background and objective: dealing with spiritual health along with other aspects of human health in healthrelatedprofessions in medical sciences in personal, professional and organizational dimensions, besides its greatbenefits, is of special importance in patient interactions. designing a trajectory for the education of spirituality andspiritual health will help to institutionalize spiritual health. our aim in this study is to structurally analysis the factorsaffecting the future of spiritual health education in medical sciences.methods and materials: identification of the key factors effective in changing spiritual health education in twostages (semi-structured interview with professors and completion of the questionnaire of final factors) and then thetype of influence of these key factors and the final drivers on each other in a paired table analyzed by mic macsoftware.results: from the total drivers and key factors extracted from documents and interviews, factors such as patients’spiritual needs, lack of awareness and knowledge, interdisciplinary training and intervention and teamwork, thedifficulty of the issue of spiritual health, the belief of professors, and the empowerment of professors have the greatestimpact on the future of spiritual health education is in medical sciences.conclusion: although all the planning and policies are done considering all the spiritual needs of the patients, butthe improvement of the level of belief of the professors in the field of spiritual health as the second most importantfactor along with other factors such as interdisciplinary training and intervention and team work, lack of awarenessand knowledge. courses and empowerment of professors, the difficulty of dealing with spiritual health are factorsinfluencing the future of spiritual health education in medical sciences.
