اعتلای اخلاق اسلامی حرفه ای در سلامت: مفهوم شناسی، راهبردها، طرح در برنامه ‏های آموزشی

زمینه و هدف: خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی یکی از نیازهای اساسی هر جامعه است. ذینفعان بهداشت و درمان مردم هستند، در نتیجه حرفه پزشکی و گروه‌های مرتبط با آن باید به اصول و قوانین اخلاقی خاصی پایبند باشند. هدف این پژوهش ارائه راهبردهای توسعه و تبیین مفهوم اخلاق حرفه ای در نظام سلامت از دیدگاه اسلام و چگونگی توانمندسازی دانشجویان در این زمینه می باشد.روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر یک مرور روایی است که در بازه زمانی آبان ماه 1400 لغایت دی ماه 1401 انجام شد. این تحقیق با تحلیل برترین اسناد ملی، کتب مرجع، اسناد مرتبط با اخلاق حرفه‌ای و سایر متون علمی مرتبط، مفاهیم پیشین اخلاق حرفه‌ای، راهبردهای موجود و ترکیب مولفه‌های مختلف آن در سلامت در منابع داخلی و خارجی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.نتایج: در پژوهش حاضر ضمن تبیین و تعریف مفاهیم اخلاق حرفه ای، روش های تعمیق و اجرای مصادیق اخلاق حرفه ای مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که گنجاندن اخلاق حرفه‌ای در برنامه‌های آموزشی، اجرای موثر آن توسط گروه‌های آموزشی و اصلاح فرآیندهای آموزش اخلاق حرفه‌ای می‌تواند در ارتقای کیفیت خدمات و اعتمادسازی در حوزه سلامت موثر باشد.نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه حاکی از اهمیت پرداختن و اجرای پر رنگ تر مقوله اخلاق حرفه ای در برنامه های آموزشی دانشجویان رشته های مختلف علوم پزشکی می باشد. در این راستا برگزاری جلسات تخصصی موثر است. همچنین تشکیل کارگروهی برای تدوین استانداردهای مربوطه در وزارت بهداشت ضروری بنظر می رسد.

elevating professional islamic ethics in health: conceptualization,strategies, design in educational programs

background and objective: healthcare services are one of the basic needs of every society. thebeneficiaries of healthcare are the people. as a result, the medical profession and its related groups needto adhere to certain ethical principles and laws. the purpose of this research is to provide developmentstrategies and explain the concept of professional ethics in the health system from the perspective of islamand how to empower students in this field.methods and materials: the current research is a narrative review. in this study, by analyzing the topnational documents, reference books, documents related to professional ethics, and other related scientifictexts, the previous concepts of professional ethics, existing strategies, and the combination of its variouscomponents in health have been investigated to find till new strategies in this field are obtained.results: during the current research, while explaining and defining the concepts of professional ethicswith monotheistic culture and perspective, methods of deepening and implementing examples of professionalethics were discussed. the results indicate that the inclusion of professional ethics in educational programsand its effective implementation by educational groups and the modification of professional ethics trainingprocesses can be effective in improving the quality of services and building trust in the field of health.conclusion: the results of this study indicate the importance to address and implement more colorfullythe category of professional ethics in the educational programs of students of various fields of medicalsciences. in this regard, it is effective to hold specialized meetings. it is also necessary to form a workinggroup to develop relevant standards in the ministry of health.
