دانشگاه حکمت بنیان، هدف راهبردی الگوی شش وجهی تعالی آموزش علوم پزشکی

تدوین برنامه های تحول در آموزش علوم پزشکی کشور و تجربه پیاده سازی و ارزیابی آنها نشان داد که بدون راهبردی مبتنی بر ارزش های بنیادینی که در مجموعه سیاست ها و برنامه های نظام علمی و آموزشی دیده شده اند ، و ترجمان این ارزش ها در قالب برنامه های عملیاتی دستیابی به اهداف غائی برنامه ممکن نخواهد بود. الگوی شش وجهی تعالی دانشگاه ها با هدف تبیین این مسیر طراحی شد. در این مقاله بر آن هستیم که نشان دهیم دانشگاه ها و بویژه دانشگاه های حوزه علوم پزشکی برای دستیابی به تعالی، بایستی ارزش های بنیادین اخلاقی و معنوی را در سیاست ها، برنامه ها و عملیات خود نهادینه سازند و این ممکن نخواهد بود مگر آنکه به شکل دهی دانشگاه حکمت بنیان به عنوان هدف راهبردی خود نگاه کنند. نشان می دهیم که ارزش های اخلاقی و معنوی در کدام بخش الگو جای می گیرند و استدلال می کنیم که طراحی و پیاده سازی راهبردهائی که چتر ارزش های اخلاقی و معنوی را بر خردورزی، همگرائی، ماموریت گرائی، دستیابی به مرجعیت علمی و پاسخگوئی اجتماعی بگستراند می تواند نظام آموزش علوم پزشکی را به سمت و سوی دانشگاه حکمت بنیان سوق داده و به اهداف غائی خود دست یابد.

wisdom based university; a strategic goal for thehexagonal model of medical education excellence

the formulation of transformation programs in the medical sciences education and the experience of theirimplementation and evaluation showed that without a strategy based on the fundamental values which mentioned in the policies and programs of the scientific and educational system, and the translation of these values into the programs, attaining the goals will not be possible. the hexagonal model of university excellence was designed to explain this path. in this article, we intend to show that universities, and especially universities in the field of medical sciences, in order to achieve excellence, must institutionalize fundamental moral and spiritual values intheir policies, programs, and operations, and this will not be possible unless keeping the wisdom based university as their strategic goal.we show the place of moral and spiritual values in the model and we argue that the design and implementation of strategies that extend the umbrella of moral and spiritual values to rationality, convergence, mission orientation, achieving scientific authority and social accountability can lead the medical education system towards a wisdombased university and achieve its ultimate aims.
