بررسی مقررات حاکم بر توزیع و قیمت گذاری نظام دارویی ایران از منظر حق بر سلامت

یکی از شاخص‌های توسعه و پیشرفت هر جامعه‌ای وضعیت بهداشت و درمان آن است. صنعت داروسازی هر کشور نشان دهنده توانمندی آن کشور در حوزه تامین بهداشت و سلامت آن جامعه می‌باشد. دارو به دلیل اثرگذاری بر سلامت انسان‌ها و جوامع بشری همواره از مهمترین ارکان چرخه سلامت بوده است. بر همین اساس همواره توزیع و قیمت‌گذاری حتی در بحرانی‌ترین شرایط کشور از اولویت خاص دولت‌هاست. مراحلی که در سیستم دارو چه از نظر کیفی و چه از نظر کمی اهمیت دارد مرحله عملی توزیع و قیمت‌گذاری که همان تحویل دارو به بیمار می‌باشد، و در حقیقت جلوه‌گر همه تلاش‌ها و رعایت ضوابط در مراحل ساخت دارو تا مصرف دارو می‌باشد. با توجه به جایگاه ویژه‌ای که توزیع و قیمت‌گذاری دارو درسیستم بهداشت و درمان دارد، در واقع یکی از مهمترین مراحل است که منجر به ارتقاء ایمنی مردم جامعه می‌گردد. سوال: آیا حق بر سلامت می‌تواند عامل موثری در ارتقای توزیع و قیمت‌گذاری دارو باشد؟ هدف: بررسی قوانین و مقررات توزیع و قیمت‌گذاری نظام دارویی ایران از منظر حق بر سلامت و آن در توزیع و قیمت‌گذاری در جامعه می‌باشد.فرضیه: حق بر سلامت می‌تواند به عنوان عامل موثری در توزیع و قیمت گذاری نقش داشته باشد.نتیجه: حق بر سلامت می‌تواند به عنوان عامل موثری در توزیع و قیمت‌گذاری دارو و همچنین اهمیت و توجه دولتمردان و واضعان قوانین و مقررات نظام دارویی نقش داشته باشد، تا بتوان برای حفاظت از سلامتی مردم و جامعه در برابر آسیب‌های دارویی برنامه-ریزی شایسته‌تری انجام داد.
