فرایند بازنگری برنامه های آموزشی در دبیرخانه شورای آموزش علوم پایه ، بهداشت و تخصصی

زمینه و هدف: بازنگری برنامه های آموزشی بخشی از برنامه اصلاحات آموزشی است که سبب انطباق برنامه های آموزشی با پیشرفت های سریع تحقیقات و فناوری شده و موجب کارآفرینی، اشتغال مولد و تولید ثروت می شود. ماموریت آموزش عالی در حوزه سلامت تربیت منابع انسانی متعهد، متخصص، کار آمد مبتنی بر نیازهای بومی و ملی است. دراین مقاله تلاش شده است نقشه راه ( فرایند ) بازنگری برنامه های آموزشی اقدامی درجهت اجرایی نمودن بسته های تحول و نو آوری آموزش علوم پزشکی تدوین گردد . روش کار:بررسی متون وتجربیات صاحب نظران مشخص و از طریق برگزاری جلسات با گروه های بازنگری و اعضای هیِت های ممتحنه و یا کارگاه، تشریح گردید . یافته ها : پس از تشکیل گروه بازنگری و تعیین الگوی آن در مرحله اول، نیازسنجی از اعضای هیئت‌علمی، مدیران محترم گروه، کارشناسان واحدهای آموزش، دانش‌آموختگان و در صورت لزوم نظرسنجی موردی از اساتید مجرب سایر رشته‌های ارتباطات، کارآفرینی و ..... مورد تاکید قرار گرفت. سپس مقایسه کوریکولوم موجود با برنامه های ان رشته در سطح بین‌المللی و یا رشته‌های مشابه باید صورت گیرد . در مرحله سوم ضمن سامان‌دهی اطلاعات، با تمرکز بر کاربردی‌تر نمودن سرفصل‌های دروس و رویکرد جامعه‌محوری رشته موضوعات برنامه‌های درسی رشته تعیین می شود . سپس با اینده نگاری رشته، پیش‌نویس اولیه با بازخوانی دروس قبلی در کارگروه های هیئت ممتحنه، تهیه سیلابس جدید درسی بر اساس مهارت‌های عملی ونقش های حرفه‌ای دانش‌آموختگان تدوین می گردد . در آخرین مرحله با اعمال نظرات و دیدگاه‌های اصلاحی و رفت و برگشت از نظرات صاحب نظران، بازبینی نهائی برنامه آموزشی و ویرایشی برنامه صورت می گیرد . نتیجه گیری : اجرای صحیح فرایندهای فوق می تواند نقش مهمی در دستیابی به اهداف بازنگری در جهت تحول اموزش داشته باشد .

The process of reviewing educational programs in the Secretariat of the Council for Basic Science, Health and Specialty Education

Background and Objectives: The revision of educational programs is part of the educational reform program that adapts educational programs to the rapid advances in research and technology and leads to entrepreneurship, productive employment and wealth generation. The mission of higher education in the field of health is the training of committed, expert, human resources based on native and national needs. This paper attempts to develop a roadmap (process) for reviewing training programs for the implementation of evolution and innovation programs of medical education Methodology: study of texts and articles and the point of experts , meetings with review groups and members of the dissertation or workshops Findings: After establishing the review group and determining its pattern in the first stage, the needs assessment of the faculty members, the managers of the group, the experts of the training units, the graduates and, if necessary, a case study of the professors of other fields of communication, entrepreneurship and ..... was emphasized. Then, compare the existing curriculum with the programs at the international level or similar disciplines. In the third stage, information organization is determined by focusing on the application of course syllabuses and the sociological approach of the subject field curriculum. Then, with field studies, the initial draft, by refreshing the previous lessons in the panels, is to prepare a new syllabus based on the practical skills and professional practices of the graduates. At the last stage, applying the comments and comments, and going back from the opinions of the experts, a final review of the curriculum and program editing is carried out. Conclusion: The proper implementation of these processes can play an important role in achieving the goals of the review in order to transform education.
