ارائه مدلی جهت تبیین تاثیر رهبری بصیر بر استقلال دانشگاهی دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی کلان منطقه یک آمایشی سلامت کشور

زمینه و هدف: برای اینکه دانشگاه‌ها بتوانند به استقلال دست یابند نیازمند رهبرانی بصیر و اثربخش هستند؛ چرا که رهبری بصیر چشم‌انداز و دورنمای سازمان را ترسیم می‌کند. لذا هدف کلی از پژوهش حاضر، ارائه مدلی جهت تبیین تاثیر رهبری بصیر بر استقلال دانشگاهی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کلان منطقه یک آمایشی سلامت کشور میباشد. روش بررسی: روش پژوهش‌ حاضر توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری کلیه‌ اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی کلان منطقه یک به تعداد 1851 نفر که بر اساس فرمول کوکران، تعداد 320 نفر با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته رهبری بصیر با 90 سوال و 2 بعد و 6 مولفه و پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته استقلال دانشگاهی با60 سوال و 2 بعد و 7 مولفه استفاده شده است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌ معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار‌های spss20 و pls بکارگرفته شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که رهبری بصیر با بار عاملی 580/0 بر استقلال دانشگاهی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کلان منطقه یک تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین مدل ارائه شده نیز دارای برازش مناسب می‌باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: رهبری بصیر به عنوان یکی از عوامل مهم در بهبود ارتقای کیفیت اثر بخشی آموزشی و استقلال دانشگاهی محسوب می‌شود. در حوزه استقلال آکادمیک از دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی انتظار می‌رود که به مدیریت باثبات و پایدار پایبند باشند. پژوهش فوق می‌تواند چشم‌انداز جدیدی در راستای تغییر سیاست‌های کلی مدیران و مسئولان دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کلان منطقه در راستای بازبینی برنامه‌ها بسته های تحول و نوآوری، ایجاد کند.

Presenting a Model for Explaining the Effect of Visionary Leadership on the independence of the Macro Medical Universities of Iran in Region 1 Health Scheme

Abstract Background and Objective: For universities to be able to achieve independence, they need sophisticated and effective leaders, because visionary leadership portrays the vision and outlook of the organization. Therefore, the general objective of the present research is to provide a model for explaining the effect of visionary leadership on the independence of the Macro Medical Universities of Iran in Region 1 Health Scheme. Methods and Materials: The study was conducted using a descriptive survey approach as its methodology. The statistical population comprised 1851 faculty members of the region 1 macro medical universities of Iran 320 of whom were selected as the study sample using the stratified random sampling method according to Cochran’s formula. To collect data, a researchermade questionnaire on visionary leadership consisting of 90 questions (with 2 dimensions and 6 components), and a researchermade questionnaire on universities independence with 60 questions (2 dimensions and 8 components) were used. To analyze the data, the structural equation test was performed using SPSS20 and PLS software. Results: The results revealed that visionary leadership had a significant positive impact on the independence of the Iran’s region 1 macro medical universities with the factorial load of 0.666. The model also had an appropriate goodness of fit. Conclusion: Visionary leadership is considered as one of the important factors in improving the quality of educational effectiveness and university independence. This research can create a new perspective in order to change the general policies of managers and authorities of the macro medical universities of region 1 in order to revise the transformation and innovation scheme
