ارزیابی اثربخشی دوره های آموزش مداوم ویژه داروسازان و پزشکان سازمان غذا و دارو بر اساس مدل سیپ در سال 1397

زمینه و هدف: آموزش و بهسازی کارکنان یکی از اولویت‌های هر سازمانی است. اما آموزش کارکنان به تنهایی کافی نیست و اطمینان از اثرات و نتایج مثبت آن باید یکی دیگر از اولویت‌های سازمان‌ها باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر « ارزیابی اثربخشی دوره های آموزش مداوم ویژه داروسازان و پزشکان سازمان غذا و دارو بر اساس مدل سیپ در سال 1397» بوده است. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر روش توصیفی پیمایشی و از نظر هدف تحقیق کاربردی می‌باشد. بدین منظور تعداد 76 نفر از کارشناسان شرکت کننده در برنامه، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته اند. داده های مربوط به ارزیابی اثربخشی دوره های آموزشی برگزار شده و همچنین مولفه های مدل ارزشیابی سیپ با ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ای جمع آوری شده است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از شاخص های آمار توصیفی و آمار استباطی شامل آزمون های t استفاده شده است. یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که دوره های آموزشی سازمان غذا و دارو در ابعاد زمینه (محتوا)، درون داد، فرایند و برون داد اثر بخش بوده است و همچنین این دوره ها توانسته اند رضایت کارکنان را فراهم سازند. نتیجه گیری: در نهایت می توان گفت که شرکت کنندگان در دوره های آموزشی درمجموع، میزان اثربخشی دوره های آموزشی را در سطح مطلوبی ارزیابی نموده اند و آموزش های مذکور موجب افزایش دانش، مهارت و نگرش شغلی نیروی انسانی و افزایش نظم و دقت، ایجاد جاذبه و علاقه مندی نسبت به شغل خویش و رفع مشکلات کاری مرتبط شده است.

Evaluation the Effectiveness of Continuing Training Courses for pharmacists & Physicians Based on the CIPP Model in Food and Drug Administration, 2018

Background and objective: Training and staffing is one of the priorities of any organization. But training employees alone is not enough, and ensuring its positive effects should be one of the priorities of the organization. The purpose of this study was to &evaluate the effectiveness of continuing Training courses of pharmacists and physicians of the Food and Drug Administration based on the CIPP model in 2018&. Method and Materials: The present study is descriptivesurvey method and it is an applied research objective. To this end, a total of 76 experts were counted in the census and based on participation in inservice training courses. The data related to the effectiveness of educational courses organized by the Food and Drug Organization as well as the components of the evaluation model of the CIPP were collected by a researchermade questionnaire. Data analysis was done from descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including T Used. Results: The results of the research show that the training courses of the Food and Drug Administration have been effective in the field of content, process and outsourcing, and also have provided satisfactory staffing. Conclusion: According to the findings of the present study, the participants in the training courses in general assessed the effectiveness of the courses at a desirable level, and these training increased the knowledge, skills and attitudes of the workforce and Increasing order and accuracy, creating gravity and interest in your job and fixing work problems.
