واکاوی و تحلیل نقش مدیریت دانش در برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک سازمانی

هدف این پژوهش واکاوی و تحلیل نقش مدیریت دانش در برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک سازمانی است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت و روش، از نوع توصیفی– پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، استانداری هرمزگان است. با توجه به اینکه جامعه آماری در حدود 250 نفر بودند حجم نمونه آماری با استفاده از جدول مورگان 148نفر در نظر گرفته‌شده است. پرسشنامه مورد استفاده شامل دو پرسشنامه استاندارد مدیریت دانش و برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک می‌باشد. روایی پرسشنامه ها با نظرخواهی از اساتید تایید شد. میزان پایایی هر دو بعد پرسشنامه بر اساس آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 0.87 و0.76 بوده و قابل‌قبول می‌باشد. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده‌شده است. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از این تحقیق نشان داد که بین ابعاد چهارگانه مدیریت دانش که عبارت‌اند از بیرونی سازی، ترکیب، درونی سازی، اجتماعی سازی با برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک رابطه معناداری برقرار است. . . . . . . .

examination and analysis of the role of knowledgemanagement in organizational strategic planning

the purpose of this research was to examine and analyze the role of knowledge management in organizational strategic planning. the current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of nature and method. the statistical population of the research is hormozgan provincial government. considering that the statistical population was around 250 people, the statistical sample size was considered to be 148 people using morgan's table. the used questionnaire includes two standard questionnaires of knowledge management and strategic planning. the validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by asking the opinions of the professors. the reliability of both dimensions of the questionnaire has been confirmed based on cronbach's alpha with values of 0.87 and 0.76. descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. the results obtained from this research showed that there is a direct and meaningful relationship between knowledge management and strategic planning. also, more detailed investigations show that there is a significant relationship between the four dimensions of knowledge management (externalization, combination, internalization, and socialization) with strategic planning.
