بررسی تاثیر اجرای مدیریت کیفیت سخت بر بهبود عملکرد فرآیندها در صنعت تولید لاستیک ایران

در شرایط رقابتی کنونی، بهبود مستمر عملکرد و بهینه‌سازی فرآیندهای سازمانی به عاملی حیاتی برای دستیابی به مزیت‌های پایدار تبدیل شده است. این مطالعه با هدف تحلیل تاثیر مدیریت کیفیت سخت بر عملکرد فرآیندهای سازمانی در صنعت تولید لاستیک ایران، ضمن بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای فناوری اطلاعات و نوآوری سبز انجام شد. داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه‌های استانداردشده از کارکنان این صنعت گردآوری و با استفاده از روش‌های آماری مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که مدیریت کیفیت سخت نه تنها به‌طور مستقیم موجب ارتقای عملکرد فرآیندها (افزایش بهره‌وری و کاهش ضایعات) می‌شود، بلکه با تقویت قابلیت‌های فناوری اطلاعات و توسعه نوآوری‌های سبز نیز تاثیر غیرمستقیم بر بهبود عملکرد سازمانی دارد. نتایج، همسویی این سه عامل (کیفیت سخت، فناوری اطلاعات، و نوآوری سبز) را به‌عنوان محرک کلیدی برای رقابت‌پذیری پایدار معرفی می‌کند که این هم‌افزایی علاوه بر کاهش هزینه‌ها و جلب رضایت ذینفعان، دستیابی به اهداف توسعه پایدار را تسهیل می‌نماید. این مقاله با ارائه چارچوبی راهبردی، بر ضرورت تلفیق رویکردهای فناورانه و محیط‌زیستی در سیستم‌های مدیریت کیفیت صنایع تولیدی ایران تاکید می‌کند. چنین ادغامی برای امکان‌پذیر ساختن تحول درازمدت فرآیند و تقویت موقعیت رقابتی در بازار جهانی حیاتی است.

in the current competitive landscape, continuous performance improvement and optimization of organizationalprocesses have emerged as critical factors for achieving sustainable advantages. this study aimed to analyzethe impact of hard quality management on organizational process performance in iran’s tire manufacturingindustry, while investigating the mediating roles of information technology (it) and green innovation. datawere collected through standardized questionnaires administered to employees in the industry and analyzedusing statistical methods. findings indicate that hard quality management not only directly enhances processperformance (increasing productivity and reducing waste) but also exerts an indirect positive influence onorganizational performance by strengthening it capabilities and fostering green innovation. the results identifythe alignment of these three factors—hard quality, it, and green innovation—as a key driver of sustainablecompetitiveness. this synergy not only reduces costs and enhances stakeholder satisfaction but also facilitatesthe achievement of sustainable development goals. by proposing a strategic framework, this article emphasizesthe necessity of integrating technological and environmental approaches into quality management systemswithin iran’s manufacturing industries. such integration is vital for enabling long-term process transformationand reinforcing competitive positioning in the global market
