بررسی تاثیر هوش معنوی بر سایش اجتماعی در محیط کار شرکت های تولید کننده لاستیک در ایران

پژوهش حاضر به بررسی ارتباط بین هوش معنوی و سایش اجتماعی می پردازد. جامعه آماری کلیه کارکنان شرکت های تولید کننده لاستیک در ایران می باشد. تعداد نمونه مورد نیاز از طریق فرمول کوکران برای جامعه نا محدود 384 نفر تعیین شد. در این پژوهش، روش نمونه گیری غیراحتمالی دردسترس به کار رفته است. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه استفاده و روایی محتوایی آن با استفاده از نظرات اساتید و صاحب نظران رشته مدیریت و روایی صوری توسط چند نفر از اعضای جامعه آماری تایید گردید. همچنین با استفاده از روش تحلیل عامل تاییدی و نرم افزار smart pls، روایی همگرا و واگرای این پرسشنامه آزموده شد. جهت آزمون میانگین متغیرها با یک مقدار از آزمون تی تک نمونه ای استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون تی تک نمونه ای نشان داد که متغیر سایش اجتماعی در سطح متوسط و متغیر هوش معنوی در سطح نامطلوب قراردارد. نتایج آزمون فرضیات با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری نیز نشان از تایید فرضیه اصلی داشته و می توان با اطمینان 95% عنوان کرد که بین هوش معنوی و سایش اجتماعی ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد.

investigating the impact of spiritual intelligence on socialerosion in the workplace of rubber manufacturingcompanies in iran

this research examines the relationship between spiritual intelligence and social erosion. the statistical populationincludes all employees of rubber manufacturing companies in iran. the required sample size was determinedusing cochran's formula for an unlimited population, resulting in 384 participants. a non-probabilityconvenience sampling method was employed in this study. data were collected using a questionnaire, and itscontent validity was confirmed through the opinions of management professors and experts, while face validitywas verified by several members of the statistical population. additionally, convergent and discriminantvalidity of the questionnaire were tested using confirmatory factor analysis and the smart pls software. aone-sample t-test was used to examine the mean of the variables against a specific value. the results of the onesamplet-test indicated that the variable of social erosion is at a moderate level, while spiritual intelligence is atan undesirable level. the results of hypothesis testing using structural equation modeling confirmed the mainhypothesis, and it can be stated with 95% confidence that there is a significant relationship between spiritualintelligence and social erosion.
