شناسایی الزامات بکارگیری فناوری زنجیره بلوکی در زنجیره تامین گروه صنعتی گلرنگ

هدف تحقیق شناسایی الزامات بکارگیری فناوری زنجیره بلوکی در زنجیره تامین گروه صنعتی گلرنگ است. پژوهش بر اساس هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ رویکرد تحقیق،کیفی می باشد. تحقیق از جمله تحقیقات آمیخته است که به شناسایی الزامات بکارگیری فناوری زنجیره بلوکی در زنجیره تامین پرداخته است. روش تحقیق برحسب هدف، کاربردی و برحسب روش گرداوری داده‌ها توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کارخانجات صنایع غذایی گروه صنعتی گلرنگ بود. مشارکت کنندگان در بخش کیفی شامل 10 تن از کارشناسان و متخصصان صنایع غذایی و همچنین اساتید و متخصصان دانشگاه و در بخش کمی جامعه آماری شامل مدیران و کارکنان زنجیره تامین به تعداد 78 نفر که بصورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده های بخش کیفی از روش تحلیل تم و همچنین جهت تحلیل داده های بخش کمی از روش معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار pls.3 استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل تم نشان داد که الزامات بکارگیری فناوری زنجیره بلوکی در زنجیره تامین گروه صنعتی گلرنگ شامل طراحی ساختار زنجیره بلوکی، توسعه همکاری و هماهنگی بین شرکتی، ارائه زیرساخت‌های مالی و اقتصادی مناسب و دارای 12 زیر مولفه می باشند. نتایج حاصل از معادلات ساختاری نشان داد تمامی الزامات شناسایی شده دارای رابطه مستقیم و معناداری با بکارگیری فناوری زنجیره بلوکی در زنجیره تامین است. هر یک از الزامات نقش مهمی در تضمین یکپارچگی موثر بلاک چین ایفا می کند، که در نهایت می تواند شفافیت، کارایی و اعتماد را در اکوسیستم زنجیره تامین افزایش دهد.

identifying the requirements for implementingblockchain technology in the supply chain ofgolrang industrial group

the purpose of the current research is to identify the requirements of using block chain technology in the supplychain of golrang industrial group. this research is applied based on the purpose and qualitative in terms of theresearch approach. this research is one of the mixed researches that identified the requirements of using blockchain technology in the supply chain of golrang industrial group. the research method is applied accordingto the purpose and descriptive-survey according to the data collection method. the statistical population of thisresearch was the food industry factories of golrang industrial group. the participants in the qualitative sectionincluded 10 experts and specialists in the food industry, as well as university professors and specialists, who wereselected purposefully. in the quantitative part, the statistical population included the managers and employeesof the production and supply chain unit, whose number was 78, and was selected purposefully. to analyze thedata of the qualitative part, the theme analysis method was used, and also to analyze the data of the quantitativepart, the method of structural equations and pls.3 software was used. the results of the theme analysis showedthat the requirements for applying block chain technology in the supply chain of golrang industrial groupinclude the design of the block chain structure, development of inter-company cooperation and harmony, andthe provision of appropriate financial and economic infrastructures, which have 12 sub-components. also, theresults of the structural equations showed that all the identified requirements have a direct and significantrelationship with the use of block chain technology in the supply chain of golrang industrial group. eachrequirement plays an important role in ensuring effective blockchain integration, which can ultimately increasetransparency, efficiency and trust in the supply chain ecosystem. this research provides a solid foundation forthe discovery and implementation of blockchain technology in the field of supply chain management in the foodindustry
