فناوری تایر سبز

اهمیت روزافزون مباحث زیست محیطی و تمرکز بر کاهش انتشار گازهای گلخانه‌ای از بخش های مختلف از جمله تحرک، نقش تایر را از نظر تاثیری که در مصرف سوخت خودرو و در نتیجه انتشار co2 از خودرو دارد، در دو دهه اخیر پررنگ نموده است. موضوع فناوری تایر سبز بر روی تلاش‌ها برای کاهش ضریب مقاومت غلتشی تایر و در نتیجه کاهش مصرف سوخت خودرو از طریق تایر تمرکز دارد. برچسب‌گذاری تایر که از سال 2012 در اروپا اجباری شده است، نگاه خریداران تایر را به این محصول، از دیدگاه مصرف انرژی، ایمنی و دوام که شاخص های پایداری برشمرده می‌شوند، ارتقاء داده است. مقاله حاضر نگاهی دارد به موقعیت تایر سبز و مواد اولیه آن در بازار تایر اروپا. همچنین پروتکل تایر سبز چین را که در سال 2014 تنظیم شده است مورد بررسی قرار می‌دهد؛ این پروتکل حدود مربوط به شاخص‌های عملکردی تایر سبز را در کنار محدودیت های مواد شیمیایی در قالب قانون ریچ و ملاحظات زیست محیطی در خصوص دفع پساب و آلاینده ها از واحد تولیدی، در نظر گرفته است. تدوین پروتکلی مشابه برای صنعت تایر ایران با در نظر داشتن شرایط موجود و ویژگی های این صنعت ضروری به نظر می رسد.

the growing importance of environmental issues and the focus on reducing greenhouse gas emissions from various sectors, including mobility, have highlighted the role of tires in terms of their impact on vehicle fuel consumption and consequently co2 emissions from the vehicle in the last two decades. the issue of green tire technology focuses on efforts to reduce tire rolling resistance and thus reduce vehicle fuel consumption through the tire. tire labeling, which has been mandatory in europe since 2012, has elevated the view of tire buyers to the product in terms of energy consumption, safety and durability, which are considered indicators of sustainability. this article takes a look at the position of green tires and their raw materials in the european tire market. it also examines the china green tire protocol, which was established in 2014; the protocol sets limit on the performance parameters of green tires, along with chemical restrictions under reach regulations and environmental considerations regarding the disposal of effluents and pollutants from the production unit. it seems necessary to develop a similar protocol for the iranian tire industry, taking into account the existing conditions and characteristics of this industry.
