مروری بر مدیریت زنجیره تامین لارج (واکاوی مدل‌های مدیریت زنجیره تامین لارج)

در حال حاضر رقابت بین زنجیره‌های تامین است. در محیط‌های تجاری مدرن، یک مدیریت موثر زنجیره تامین (scm) برای تداوم تجارت بسیار مهم است. رقابت بین زنجیره‌های عرضه (sc) جایگزین رقابت سنتی بین شرکت‌ها شده است. الگوی ناب، چابک، انعطاف‌پذیر و سبز (larg) به‌عنوان پایه و اساس یک مدیریت زنجیره تامین رقابتی حمایت می‌شوند. امروزه شرکت‌ها به‌علت تغییرات سریع محیطی، انتظارات مشتری و رقبا، مجبور به بازنگری فرآیند زنجیره تامین می‌باشند. به‌همین منظور مدیریت زنجیره تامین لارج رویکردی جامع از ترکیب استراتژی‌های ناب، چابک، تاب‌آور و سبز است. پارادایم‌ مدیریت زنجیره تامین لارج، تلاش دارد این چهار رویکرد را در کنار هم بنشاند تا از مزایای تک ‌تک آن‌ها بهره‌مند شده و همزمان کاستی‌های آن‌ها را بپوشاند. در این مقاله، به بررسی مدل‌های مدیریت زنجیره تامین لارج که از پارادایم‌های یکپارچه مدیریت زنجیره تامین ناب، چابک، تاب‌آور و سبز تشکیل شده خواهیم پرداخت. نتایج این بررسی نشان می‌دهد که این مدل‌ها تاثیر مهمی در عملکرد زنجیره تامین و کسب مزیت رقابتی داشته است.

abstract: currently there is competition between supply chains. in modern business environments,an effective supply chain management (scm) is crucial to business continuity. competitionbetween supply chains (sc) has replaced the traditional competition between companies. lean,agile, resilient and green (larg) paradigms are advocated as the foundation of a competitivescm. nowadays, companies review trade samples and process of supply chain inevitably byusing improving new techniques because of rapid environmental change. for this purpose, largsupply chain management is a comprehensive approach to combining lean, agile, resilient andgreen strategies. management of supply chain tries to apply lean, agile, resilience, green and insupply chain management in space of management of supply chain by use of the approach in orderto benefit advantages of each of them and cover their deficiencies simultaneously. in this paper, wewill examine the larg supply chain management models that are composed of lean, agile, resilientand green supply chain paradigms. the results show that these models have a significant impacton supply chain performance and gain competitive advantage.
