‌‌شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل حاکمیت شرکتی مطلوب در شرکت بیمه ایران

هدف: ‌این تحقیق با هدف شناسایی عوامل حاکمیت شرکتی مطلوب در شرکت بیمه ایران و اولویت‌بندی آنها با استفاده از روش تاپسیس فازی انجام شده است. روش‌شناسی:‌ تحقیق حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی پیمایشی ‌مبتنی بر روش ‌آمیخته بوده است. در شناسایی عوامل از روش تحلیل مضمون و در اولویت‌بندی مولفه‌ها از روش تاپسیس فازی استفاده شده است. ‌جامعه خبرگان در فاز کیفی شامل ‌15 نفر ‌از ‌مدیران بیمه ایران‌ و نمونه آماری در فاز کمی شامل 152 نفر بود. از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه نیز به‌عنوان ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: مدل تحقیق در قالب 5 کد انتخابی، 12 کد محوری و 74 مضمون فرعی ‌با استفاده از روش دلفی از اجماع نظر خبرگان به‌دست آمد. در پیمایش مدل تحقیق، مولفه‌ها بر مبنای وزن‌های ارزشی رتبه‌بندی شدند. نتایج نشان داد مولفه تفکیک نقش رئیس ﻫﻴاﺖ مدیره و مدیرعامل ‌بیشترین وزن ارزشی و مولفه نماینده منتخب کارکنان کمترین وزن ارزشی را در بین 74  شاخص دارا بوده­اند. نتیجه‌گیری: ‌حاکمیت شرکتی ‌ابزاری بهینه برای حمایت از حقوق سهامداران و ذی‌نفعان در صنعت بیمه است.  

Identifying and Prioritizing the Factors of Favorable Corporate Governance in Iran Insurance Company

Objective: The purpose of this study is to identify the factors of favorable corporate governance in Iran Insurance Company and prioritize them using fuzzy TOPSIS method. Method: This study is a descriptive, applied and multimethods research. Fifteen experts participated in the qualitative study and a sample of 152 people took part in the questionnaire survey. The research tools were the semistructured interview guidline and a questionnaire. Finding: The model was presented in 5 selected codes, 12 axial codes and 74 subthemes. The components were ranked based on value weights in the survey. The component of separating the role of chairman of the board of directors and managing director had the highest value weight among 74 indicators (0.9675). then, the professional competence of the members of the board of directors had the highest value rank. The lowest rank is related to the component of the selected employee representative. Conclusion: The results showed that among the highest value components, 6 components are related to the effectiveness of the board of directors and among lowest value rating components, 6 components are related to stakeholder management. Therefore, the effectiveness of the board of directors is the most important and the management of the beneficiaries is the least important factors in the governance of Iran Insurance Company.
