چکیده
|
این مقاله یک مدل دینامیکی به منظور شناخت عوامل تاثیرگذار بر تغییر تعداد افراد بیمه‌شده در شرکتهای بیمۀ خدمات درمانی و بررسی سیاستهای مختلف برای بهبود رفتار سیستم به منظور رسیدن به اهداف مطلوب ارائه می‌دهد.لذا همۀ اجزای تشکیل‌دهندۀ یک شرکت بیمه شامل واحدهای سرمایه‌گذاری، واحدهای پرداخت هزینه‌های درمانی، واحد مربوط به سیاستهای تبلیغاتی شرکت، و سایر قسمتهایی که در کنار هم تشکیل‌دهندۀ یک مجموعۀ کامل از شرکت هستند، بررسی شد.با توجه به وجود رابطۀ بازخوردی بین این متغیرها و پیچیدگی مبحث، از رویکرد پویایی‌شناسی سیستمها برای مدل‌سازی سیستم و بررسی سیاستهای مختلف استفاده شده است. برای رسیدن به نتایج دقیق‌تر، به‌عنوان یک نمونۀ موردی، بیمۀ تامین اجتماعی ایران مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است و با استفاده از داده‌های سالهای 1380-1390 در مدل، مشخص شد که برخی از پارامترها مانند تغییر در سیاستهای سرمایه‌گذاری و تبلیغات می‌تواند تاثیر زیادی در جذب افراد به شرکت بیمه داشته باشد.

Abstract
|
This paper presents a dynamic model to determine the effective factors which are responsible for making changes to the number of insured persons in health insurance companies and to study different policies for improving the system behavior toward its desired goals. For this purpose, all components of an insurance company including investment units, payment of medical expenses units, units which are related to the advertisement policies of the company and all other components that together will result in a complete collection of the company have been studied. According to the feedback relationships between these variables and the complexity of the issues, we use system dynamics approach for modeling and analyzing the effect of different policies. Given the goal of achieving the detailed results, Iranian Social Security Insurance is used as a case study. By taking into consideration this organization data from 2001 to 2011 in the proposed model, the results show that some parameters such as changes in investment policies and advertisement are effective factors, as far as the attraction of insurance company for people is concerned.
