تحلیل عوامل موثر بر استفاده از دوچرخه‌های اشتراکی در شهر تهران

پیشینه‌ها و اهداف: سیستم دوچرخه‌های اشتراکی ایده‌ نسبتاً جدیدی است، اما در مورد محبوبیت، مزایا، و آسیب‌های احتمالی پشت آن عموم مردم و به‌خصوص محافل دانشگاهی را نگران کرده است؛ با‌این‌حال هنوز بین توصیف پدیده و ارزیابی کارآمدی آن شکافی هست. بنابراین با فهم درستی از فرایندهای تصمیم‌گیری در اتخاذ و استفاده از سیستم‌های دوچرخه‌ اشتراکی، خدمات‌دهندگان می‌توانند خدمات خود را به شکلی بهینه‌تر برنامه‌ریزی کنند. سیستم پراکنش دوچرخه با برنامه‌ریزی ‌خوب می‌تواند مکمل زیرساخت‌های حمل‌ونقلی موجود باشد. با توجه به رشد سیستم‌های اشتراک دوچرخه، مسئولین کشورهای بزرگ، مانند چین، اتحادیه‌ اروپا، و ایالات متحده، گرایش زیادی به شناسایی عوامل موثر بر این سیستم به‌منظور تشویق افراد به استفاده از آن دارند. از این‌رو یکی از مهم‌ترین چالش‌ها در این حوزه عوامل موثر بر میزان رضایتمندی کاربران است، که شناسایی و درک بهترشان می‌تواند به بهبود تجربه‌ کاربر و افزایش استفاده از این سیستم کمک کند. تاکنون تحقیقات بسیاری پیرامون مولفه‌های تاثیرگذار بر پایداری عملکردی سیستم دوچرخه‌های اشتراکی صورت گرفته است، ازجمله محققان دریافته‌اند که عوامل کارایی، منافع اقتصادی، آگاهی زیست محیطی و مشوق‌های زیرساختی بر روی تمایل به استفاده از سیستم دوچرخه‌های اشتراکی تاثیر می‌گذارند. همچنین در مطالعات دیگری در این زمینه عواملی چون هنجار‌های ذهنی، هنجارهای رفتاری، کیفیت ظاهری، سهولت استفاده، انعطاف‌پذیری، و ایمنی را بر تمایل به استفاده از سیستم دوچرخه‌های اشتراکی موثر دانسته‌اند. اما هنوز این مهم به‌طور کامل بررسی نشده است. سیستم دوچرخه‌های اشتراکی بدون ایستگاه (dbss) با نام‌های تجاری مختلفی ازجمله mobike، ofo، youbike، و ... و اخیراً با نام تجاری بیدود در ایران گسترش یافته‌اند.

background and objectives: bicycle-sharing is a relatively new idea, but concerns about its popularity, benefits, and potential harms behind it have sparked heated debate in the public and academic circles. however, there is still a gap between describing the phenomenon and evaluating its effectiveness. therefore, a correct understanding of the decision-making processes in the adoption and use of shared bicycle systems can enable operators to plan their services in a more optimal way. the bicycle distribution system, if planned well, can play a complementary role in the existing transportation infrastructure. due to the recent growth of bicycle sharing systems in large countries such as china, europe, and the united states, there is a great interest in identifying factors influencing this system to encourage people using it. therefore, one of the most important challenges in this field is the factors affecting the level of user satisfaction, and better identification and understanding of these factors can help improve the user experience and increase the use of this system. so far, many researches have been conducted on the components affecting the functional stability of the shared bicycles system, for example si et al. in 2020 found that factors of efficiency, economic benefits, environmental awareness, and infrastructure incentives influence the willingness to use the shared bicycle system.
