جستاری در رویکردها و فرایندهای اجرای شیوۀ طرح‌ ساخت در آموزش معماری

در بسیاری از دوره‌های آموزشی طراحی معماری در سطح دنیا فرایند «ساختن» امری مغفول است. یکی از شیوه‌های آموزشی که با هدف جبران این غفلت در برخی دانشکده‌های معماری در سطح دنیا برنامه‌ریزی و اجرا می‌شود به‌کارگیری شیوۀ طرح‌ ساخت در آموزش طراحی معماری است. در این شیوه سه ساحت پژوهش، طراحی، و ساخت به یکدیگر پیوند می‌خورند. پرسش‌های پژوهش حاضر پس از بررسی پیشینۀ موضوع و شناسایی و مطالعۀ منابع مرتبط با بیش از 30 دورۀ‌ آموزشی طرح‌ ساخت در دانشکده‌های معماری سطح دنیا تدوین شده است (فقدان این پرسش‌ها در ادبیات و منابع مکتوب موجود مشاهده می‌شود). به‌منظور پاسخ‌گویی به پرسش‌ها در این پژوهش از شیوۀ مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته استفاده شده است. 16 مصاحبۀ صورت‌پذیرفته با استادان فعال در زمینۀ دوره‌های آموزشی طرح‌ ساخت در سطح دنیا، پس از ضبط، پیاده‌سازی، و تحلیل محتوایی دقیق، مبنای تحلیل و نتیجه‌گیری قرار گرفته است. ازجمله نتایج حاصل از این تحلیل‌ها می‌توان به محدودۀ ممکن برای جانشینی شیوۀ معمول آموزش معماری با این شیوه، ساختارهای اجرایی مورد استفاده مانند شیوه‌های تامین هزینه و ارتباطات با کارفرمایان، نقش عوامل حقوقی، و همچنین شکست در شکل‌دهی به پروژه‌های طرح‌ ساخت اشاره کرد. با توجه به اثرپذیری ساختار آموزش معماری در ایران از جریان‌های اصلی آموزشی این رشته در سطح دنیا و داشتن ریشه‌ها و مشابهت‌های فراوان با آنها، نتیجۀ این پژوهش که به عرضۀ چارچوبی برای تعریف رویکردهای مختلف شیوۀ طرح‌ ساخت و نکات مهم نظری و عملی مرتبط با فرایند پیاده‌سازی این شیوه ‌آموزشی می‌انجامد، می‌تواند زمینه‌ای برای تصمیم‌سازی و بهره‌گیری آگاهانه‌تر از این شیوۀ آموزشی در برنامۀ ‌آموزش معماری در ایران را فراهم کند.

an investigation on approaches and processes of design-build method in architectural education

the making procedures is a neglected aspect of architectural education in many schools and curricula. to address this neglect, some architectural schools around the world use the design-build method in teaching architectural design. this method aims to integrate research, design and construction. the questions of the present study have been compiled after a review of the literature, identifying and studying the resources related to more than thirty design-build courses in architecture schools around the world. a semi-structured interview method has been used to answer the questions of this research, with sixteen interviews with academics involved in design-build courses around the world. the transcriptions of these interviews are than used as the basis for discussions and conclusions. among the results are outlining the possible scope for replacing mainstream methods with this alternative, the executive structures used, such as those of financing and communication with clients, the role of legal factors, and also failures in shaping design-build projects.considering the influence of mainstream worldwide education on iran, the results of this research provide a framework for defining different approaches to design-build methods and important theoretical bases for better understanding and implementation of this method in architectural education. a deeper understanding of this field can result in more conscious uses of this educational method in iran.
