معرفی و ارزیابی مهمان‌سرای سبز دانشگاه یزد با استاندارد «Leed V4»

امروزه معماری سبز، با هدف کاهش مصرف منابع، حفظ محیط زیست، و ارتقای سلامتی انسان، یکی از مهم ترین و ضروری ترین رویکردهای معماری به شمار می آید که لازم است در ایران بر جنبۀ عملی آن تاکید بیشتری شود. علی رغم معماری تاریخی و غنی ایران که تقریباً با معیارهای امروزی معماری سبز مطابقت دارد، اخیراً در کشور پروژۀ موفقی در این زمینه ساخته نشده است. بنابراین «مهمان سرای سبز» با هدف ایجاد یک پروژۀ سبز واقعی در یزد با استفاده از تجربیات مدیر پروژه، به ویژه در «خانۀ خورشیدی» خود، در قالب یک معماری گلین آغاز شد تا، پس از موفقیت، در آینده نیز ترویج شود. این ساختمان کوچک و ساخته شده از خشت وگل سیستم های تهویه مطبوع مکانیکی ندارد و نیازهای مربوط به آسایش حرارتی در آن از طریق به کارگیری استراتژی های غیرفعال تامین می شود. همچنین برای اثبات ادعای سبز بودنِ بنا لازم بود ارزیابی گردد که برای این کار، گسترده ترین استاندارد جهانی ساختمان سبز (leed) انتخاب و چک لیست مفصلی با نام “leed v4 for building design & construction: homes and multifamily low rise” تحت این استاندارد از سوی نگارندگان ترجمه و اطلاعات مورد نیاز در آن وارد شد؛ که درنهایت، دستیابی پروژه به 67 امتیاز پس از ارزیابی، بیانگر سطح بالای طراحی سبز آن بوده و درنتیجه ، فرضیۀ تحقیق (نشان نقره) با نتیجه ای بهتر (نشان طلا) به اثبات رسید. در این مقاله بر معرفی پروژه، استراتژی های غیرفعال به کار گرفته شده، شاخص های طراحی سبز، و همچنین عرضۀ اسناد و مدارک ارزیابی با «leedv4» و نشان دادن چگونگی کسب امتیازات سعی شده است.

The Introduction and Rating of ‘Yazd University Green Guest House’ Using ‘LEED v4’ Standard

Aiming at reducing the consumption of resources, protecting the environment, and improving human health, the green approach is one of the most important and essential approaches in architecture today, with an emphasis needed on its practical aspects in Iran. Given the rich architectural tradition of the country, which is in line with presentday green architecture attitudes, there is a lack of any recent successful projects in the country. To address the matter, a ‘Green Guest House’ project was initiated using the project manager’s experience, especially his ‘Passive Solar House’, in a mud architecture incarnation, in the hope that it offers a model for future developments. This small mudbrick building has no mechanical air conditioning systems and meets its thermal comfort needs through passive strategies. To prove its greenness the building required an assessment, and the LEED standard was selected as the most widely used standard, with an expanded checklist called ‘LEED v4 for Building Design & Construction: Homes and Multifamily Low rise’ used for rating, based on which the building achieved 67 points, demonstrating high green credentials and outrating the research silver tier assumption to be gold tier. This paper introduces the project, its passive strategies and green design measures, and also presents demonstrates how it achieves this LEEDv4 rating.‎
