بررسی فون ماهیان و عوامل محیطی موثر بر تنوع زیستی در رودخانه زرینه‌‌رود، حوضه دریاچه ارومیه (استان آذربایجان غربی)

تنوع زیستی ماهیان در رودخانه‌‌ها تحت تاثیر عوامل محیطی مختلف قرار دارد. گاهی شدت این تاثیرات محیطی بحدی است که منجر به ایجاد زیستگاه‌‌های نامطلوب برای گونه‌‌های ماهی می‌‌شود و تنوع زیستی آنها را کاهش می‌‌دهد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین مهمترین عوامل محیطی موثر بر تنوع زیستی ماهیان در رودخانه زرینه‌‌‌‌رود به اجرا درآمد. لذا، در شهریور 1397، 7 ایستگاه جهت نمونه‌‌برداری از ماهیان در طول رودخانه‌‌زرینه‌‌رود انتخاب شدند. نمونه‌‌برداری از هر ایستگاه از 30 متر با 3 تکرار و در مجموع از 90 متر طول رودخانه بر اساس روش یک‌‌رفت با استفاده از دستگاه الکتروشوکر انجام شد. همزمان با نمونه‌برداری، عوامل محیطی شامل دمای آب، سرعت جریان آب، دبی، عمق و ارتفاع از سطح دریا نیز در هر کدام از ایستگاه‌های مورد مطالعه اندازه‌‌گیری و ثبت شدند. در مجموع، 404 نمونه ماهی از رودخانه زرینه‌‌رود صید شدند که متعلق به 11 گونه بودند. شاخص‌‌های تنوع زیستی شامل شانون وینر، مارگالف، سیمپسون، غناء گونه‌‌ای، غالبیت و یکنواختی (همگنی) که با استفاده از نرم‌‌افزارهای biodiversitypro و past تعیین شدند. به ‌‌منظور تعیین عوامل محیطی موثر بر شاخص‌‌های تنوع زیستی و گونه‌‌های ماهی از آنالیز canonical correspondence analysis استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج حاصله، دما، ارتفاع از سطح دریا و سرعت جریان آب بترتیب به ‌‌عنوان عوامل محیطی موثر بر تنوع گونه‌‌ای ماهیان در رودخانه زرینه‌‌رود شناخته شدند. علاوه بر این، عمق، سرعت جریان آب و دبی نیز موثرترین عوامل محیطی بر فراوانی گونه‌‌های ماهی تشخیص داده شدند.

Investigation of fish fauna and environmental factors influencing biodiversity in the Zarineh River, Urmia Lake basin (West Azerbaijan Province)

The biodiversity of fish in the rivers is affected by various environmental factors. Occasionally, the severity of these environmental impacts is such that it leads to undesirable habitats for fish species and reduces biodiversity. The present study aimed to determine the most important environmental factors affecting the biodiversity of fish in the Zarineh River. For this purpose, in September 2018, seven stations were selected for fish sampling along the Zarineh River. Fish sampling from each station was carried out at 30 m with 3 replications (90 m in total) along the river according to the oneway method using an electrofishing device. In addition, environmental factors including water temperature, velocity, discharge, depth and altitude/elevation above sea level were also recorded at all stations. In total, 404 specimens were caught from the Zarineh River that belonged to 11 species. In this study, diversity indices including shannon ndash;wiener, margalef, simpson, species richness, dominance and evenness were determined using Biodiversity Pro and PAST softwares. Canonical Correspondence Analysis was used to determine the environmental factors affecting the biodiversity and fish species. Based on the results, temperature, altitude/elevation above sea level, and water velocity were identified as environmental factors affecting the biodiversity of fish in the Zarineh River, respectively. In addition, depth, velocity and discharge were also identified as the most effective environmental factors on the abundance of fish species.
