تبیین مشخصه‌های یادگیری به کمک همتایان: یک مطالعه کیفی

زمینه و هدف: یادگیری از طریق همتایان یک روش آموزشی است. پژوهش‌های بسیاری در خصوص یادگیری به کمک همتایان انجام شده است، اما مشخص نیست که چه تعداد از دانشکده‌های پزشکی شکل‌های مختلف یادگیری به کمک همتایان را مورد استفاده قرار می‌دهند و مدل و ویژگی‌های یادگیری به کمک همتایان در مطالعه آنها چگونه بوده است. با توجه به عدم وجود مطالعه‌ای جامع در خصوص تبیین مشخصه‌های یادگیری به کمک همتایان؛ هدف از این پژوهش تعیین و تبیین مشخصه‌های یادگیری به کمک همتایان بود. روش بررسی: این مطالعه به صورت کیفی با روش تحلیل محتوای قراردادی در سال 1400 انجام گرفت. در ابتدا مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند با 5 عضو هیات علمی متخصص آموزش پزشکی که به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شده بودند انجام و پژوهش‌های خارجی و داخلی انجام شده در خصوص تدریس به کمک همتایان گردآوری، و ویژگی‌های تدریس به کمک همتایان از مصاحبه‌ها و مقالات به کمک تکنیک تحلیل محتوای کیفی استخراج شد. مصاحبه‌ها وارد نرم‌افزار مکس کیودا ورژن 10 شد و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای گرانهایم انجام شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها شامل یک طبقه اصلی، 13 زیر طبقه و 92 کد استخراج شده بود،  زیر طبقات شامل مشخصه‌های همتا، فرد ارایه دهنده آموزش یا دریافت کننده آموزش همتایان، نحوه ارایه آموزش به همتایان یا دریافت آموزش از همتایان، برنامه‌ریزی برای آموزش به کمک همتایان، ارزشیابی آموزش ارایه شده به وسیله همتایان، نظارت بر ارایه یا دریافت آموزش از همتایان، درخواست دهنده ارایه یا دریافت آموزش از همتایان، مکان ارایه یا دریافت آموزش از همتایان، موضوع ارایه یا دریافت آموزش از همتایان، داشتن طراحی آموزشی، رعایت حقوق مادی و معنوی همتایان، رضایت آگاهانه همتایان، مزایای استفاده از همتایان بود. نتیجه‌گیری: مشخصه های یادگیری به کمک همتایان مستخرج در این طرح به ایجاد پرسشنامه‌ای برای بررسی وضعیت یادگیری به کمک همتایان به ویژه در دانشجویان رشته پزشکی در بیمارستان های آموزشی کمک شایانی خواهد نمود.  

explaining the characteristics of peer-assisted learning: a qqualitative study

background & aim: peertopeer learning is an educational method. many studies have been conducted on peerassisted learning, but it is not clear how many medical schools use different forms of peerassisted learning and what the model and characteristics of peerassisted learning were in their study. because no study has comprehensively explained the characteristics of peerassisted learning. therefore, the purpose of the present study was to determine and explain the characteristics of learning with the help of peers.methods: the present qualitative study was conducted using the contractual content analysis method in 2021. first, a semistructured interview was conducted with 5 medical education expert faculty members who were purposefully selected, and external and internal research conducted on peerassisted teaching was collected, and the characteristics of peerassisted teaching were collected from interviews and articles with the help of the technique. qualitative content analysis was extracted. interviews were entered into max kyuda version 10 software and data analysis was done using granheim’s content analysis method.results: the findings included one main class, 13 subclasses and 92 extracted codes, the subclasses included peer characteristics, the person providing training or receiving peer training, how to provide training to peers or receive training from peers, planning for training with the help of peers, evaluation of training provided by peers, supervision of providing or receiving training from peers, applicant for providing or receiving training from peers, place of providing or receiving training from peers, subject of providing or receiving training from peers, having an educational design, respecting rights the material and spiritual of peers, the conscious consent of peers, were the benefits of using peers.conclusion: the characteristics of peerassisted learning extracted in the present project may help to create a questionnaire to investigate the status of peerassisted learning, especially among medical students in teaching hospitals.
