بررسی جو آموزشی بیمارستان‌های آموزشی از دیدگاه دانشجویان بالینی و ارتباط آن با عملکرد مدیران

زمینه و هدف: بررسی محیط‌های تحصیلی در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی از سوی بسیاری از کشورها به صورت مداوم توصیه شده است. در محیط‌های آموزش علوم پزشکی برای سازماندهی به رفتار دانشجویان نیاز به تنظیم و تطبیق محتوی و محیط آموزشی با یکدیگر به عنوان دو فاکتور مهم در پیشرفت علوم پزشکی هست. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین و بررسی جو بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشکده علوم پزشکی آبادان از دیدگاه دانشجویان بالینی و ارتباط آن با عملکرد مدیران انجام گرفت. روش بررسی: این پژوهش، یک مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی از نوع مقطعی می‌باشد که در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی تحت پوشش دانشکده علوم پزشکی آبادان در سال 13991398 انجام شد. ابراز پژوهش دو پرسشنامه روا و پایا شده بود که برای جو آموزشی از پرسشنامه ابزار سنجش محیط آموزشی دانشگاه داندی (dreem) و برای ارزیابی مدیران بخش‌ها از پرسشنامه عملکرد مدیران استفاده شد. نمونه‌گیری به صورت سرشماری انجام شد و تعداد204 دانشجو و 32 مدیر بخش‌های بالینی وارد مطالعه شدند. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از آزمون‌های توصیفی(فراوانی و درصد، میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آزمون‌های تی تست، آنالیز واریانس و همبستگی پیرسون تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: عملکرد مدیران قوی(میانگین نمره 7.39 ±68.75) بود. هر یک از حیطه‌های مختلف عملکرد مدیران با یکدیگر ارتباط مثبت و معنی‌داری را داشتند. جو آموزشی نیز مطلوب بود(میانگین نمره 22.59 ±113.35)، میان جو آموزشی با عملکرد مدیران و هر یک از حیطه‌های عملکرد مدیران ارتباط معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد. نتیجه‌گیری: باتوجه به نارضایتی حدود یک سوم دانشجویان از جو آموزشی در دانشکده علوم پزشکی آبادان در بخش‌های بالینی و نمره نه‌چندان بالا در بعد برنامه‌ریزی در عملکرد مدیران، فرایندهای آموزشی نیاز به برنامه‌ریزی دقیق و اجرای استانداردهای تدوین شده دارد.

Investigating the educational environment of teaching hospitals from the perspective of clinical students and its relationship with the performance of managers

Background aim: The study of educational environments in teaching hospitals has been recommended by many countries on an ongoing basis. In medical science education environments, in order to organize students #39; behavior, it is necessary to adjust and adapt the content and educational environment to each other as two important factors in the development of medical sciences. The aim of this study was to determine and study the atmosphere of teaching hospitals in Abadan University of Medical Sciences from the perspective of clinical students and its relationship with the performance of managers. Methods: the present crosssectional study was conducted in educational hospitals under the auspices of Abadan School of Medical Sciences in 2019. Research tools were two valid and reliable questionnaires. The ldquo;Dundee Ready Educational Environment Measure questionnaire rdquo; was used for the educational environment and the ldquo;managers #39; performance questionnaire rdquo; was used to evaluate the managers of the departments. Sampling was done by census and 204 students and 32 heads of clinical departments were included in the study. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive tests (frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation) and analytical tests of ttest, analysis of variance and Pearson correlation. Results: The performance of managers was strong (mean score was 68.75 ±7.39). Each of the different areas of managers #39; performance had a positive and significant relationship with each other. Educational atmosphere was also favorable (mean score 113.35 ±22.59). There was no significant relationship between educational atmosphere and managers #39;performance and each of the managers #39; performance areas. Conclusion: Due to the dissatisfaction of one third of students with the educational atmosphere in Abadan University of Medical Sciences in clinical departments and not so high score in the dimension of planning in the performance of managers, educational processes need careful planning and implementation of standards.
