رابطه دشواری در تنظیم هیجان با کیفیت زندگی همسران جانبازان: نقش واسطه‌ای عواطف مثبت و منفی

زمینه و هدف: پیامدهای گسترده جنگ بر سلامت روان، بهزیستی و کیفیت زندگی جانبازان و خانواده های آنها تا مدت‌ها پس از اتمام جنگ ادامه دارد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تعیین و بررسی نقش واسطه ای عواطف مثبت و منفی در رابطه بین دشواری در تنظیم هیجان و کیفیت زندگی در همسران جانبازان بود. روش بررسی: این مطالعه یک پژوهش توصیفی‌ تحلیلی، از نوع طرح‌های همبستگی است که در انجام آن از روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری یا مدل یابی علّی، استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه همسران جانبازان شهرستان نورآباد ممسنی بودند که از میان آنها 215 نفر به شیوه نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، با در نظر گرفتن شرایط ورود و خروج پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده شامل برنامه عاطفه مثبت و منفی، مقیاس کیفیت زندگی و مقیاس دشواری در تنظیم هیجان بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون ومدل سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. روابط غیر مستقیم نیز از طریق روش بوت‌ استراپ تحلیل گردید. یافته ها: نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که تمامی ضرایب مسیرهای بین متغیرها و کیفیت زندگی معنی دار بودند. در این مدل، روابط دشواری در تنظیم هیجانی با کیفیت زندگی منفی و معنی داری بود. هم‌چنین رابطه معنی داری بین دشواری در تنظیم هیجان و عواطف مثبت و منفی با کیفیت زندگی به دست آمد(p<0.001). شاخص های برازندگی نشان دادند که مدل با داده ها برازش قابل قبولی دارد.نتایج ضرایب مسیرهای غیرمستقیم، با استفاده از روش بوت استراپ نشان داد که دشواری در تنظیم هیجان به صورت غیرمستقیم و به واسطه عواطف مثبت و منفی با کیفیت زندگی همسران جانبازان معنی دار می باشد. نتیجه گیری: مدل پژوهش حکایت از برازش مناسب و قابل قبول با داده های به دست آمده داشت و روابط ساختاری مفروض تایید شدند. براساس نتایج حاصل، دشواری در تنظیم هیجان به واسطه عواطف مثبت و منفی با کیفیت زندگی در همسران جانباز قابل پیش بینی است.

The Relationship between Emotion Regulation Difficulties with the Quality of Life Veterans' Spouses: the Mediating Role of Positive and Negative Emotions

Background aim: The influential consequences of war on mental health, wellbeing, and the quality of life of veterans and their families continue long after the end of the war. The purpose of the present study was to determine the role of mediators of positive and negative emotions in the relationship between difficulty in regulating emotion and quality of life in the spouses of veterans. Methods: The present study was a descriptiveanalytical study of correlational designs that used structural equation modeling or causal modeling. The statistical population included all the spouses of veterans of Noorabad, Mamasani, among whom 215 people were selected by available sampling method considering the entry and exit conditions of the research. The tools used included a positive and negative emotion program, a quality of life scale, and a scale of difficulty in regulating emotion. Data analysis was performed using Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling. Indirect relationships were also analyzed by the bototherapy method. Results: The results revealed that all the coefficients of the paths between the variables and the quality of life were significant. In this model, the relationship was difficult to regulate emotionally with a negative and significant quality of life. There was also a significant relationship between difficulty in regulating emotion and positive and negative emotions with quality of life (p <0.001). Fitness indicators displayed that the model had acceptable fit with the data. Fitness indicators showed that the model has acceptable fit with the data. The results of indirect path coefficients, using bootstrap method, showed that the difficulty in regulating emotion indirectly and through positive and negative emotions with the quality of life of veterans' spouses. Conclusion: The research model indicated a suitable and acceptable fit with the obtained data and the assumed structural relationships were confirmed. Based on the results, the difficulty in regulating emotion can be predicted through positive and negative emotions with quality of life in veteran spouses.
