نشانگرهای سنجش کیفیت پیشنهادهای پژوهشی در نگارش علمی و ارزیابی میزان رعایت آن در مطالعات علوم رفتاری: یک پژوهش روش‌های آمیخته اکتشافی

پیشنهادهای پژوهش به عنوان عصاره تمامی تلاش‌ها در مسیر اجرای پژوهش، می‌تواند زمینه کاهش شکاف بین وضعیت موجود و مطلوب را فراهم‌کند. به‌رغم اهمیت پیشنهادهای پژوهش، بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد که این بخش، از توجه لازم و شفافیت مورد انتظار به دور است. بدین منظور در مطالعه حاضر با استفاده از روش پژوهش آمیخته اکتشافی در دو بخش کیفی و کمّی تلاش گردید تا ضمن بازنمایی شناسایی نشانگرهای سنجش کیفیت پیشنهادهای پژوهش، به ارزیابی وضعیت موجود در پایان‌نامه‌های حوزه علوم رفتاری پرداخته شود. در بخش اول، 33 سند مرتبط در پایگاه‌های داده‌های علمی معتبر داخلی و بین‌المللی‌ شناسایی و مطالعه شد و چارچوب نشانگرهای سنجش کیفیت پیشنهادها مبتنی بر 60 نشانگر و دسته‌بندی آن در قالب 12 ملاک، تنظیم و ارائه گردید. در بخش دوم و به‌منظور ارزشیابی کیفیت پیشنهادهای ارائه شده در پایان‌نامه‌های حوزه علوم رفتاری، 33 پایان‌نامه دوره ارشد و دکتری که طی سال‌های1400-1402 دفاع شده بود، ارزیابی شد. بالاترین و پایین‌ترین میزان رعایت نشانگرها، به ملاک ارتباط با اهداف پژوهش با 79% درصد و ملاک برخورداری از قابلیت اجر با 45.5% درصد اختصاص دارد؛ در سایر ملاک‌ها به ترتیب ارزیابی ریسک‌ها(67.5%)؛ نگارش دقیق و واضح (66.8%)؛ رواسازی توسط همسنج‌ها (64.6%)؛ ارائه پیشنهادهای تاثیرگذار(64.5%)؛ توجیه علمی داشتن(50.5%)؛ اصالت پیشنهادها و اهمیت آن (48%)؛ ارتباط با مطالعات پیشین(48%)؛ پشتیبانی از پژوهش‌های آینده (47%) قرار می‌گیرد. یافته ها، زمینه لازم درشناخت کافی دانشجویان و ارزیابان برای نگارش بخش پیشنهادهای علمی و قضاوت درباره کیفیت آثار منتشر شده را فراهم نمود. در نهایت راهکارهایی برای بهبود کیفیت نگارش دانشگاهی ارائه گردید.

indicators for assessing the quality of research suggestions in scientific writing and evaluation of adherence to them in behavioral sciences studies: a mixed-methods exploratory study

the research suggestions as an extract of all the efforts in research implementation can provide the context to reduce the gap between the current and the desired situation. despite the importance of research suggestions, surveys show that this sector is far from the expected attention and transparency. therefore, in the present study, with mixed exploratory research methods, an attempt was made to represent the research suggestions, identify quality assessment indicators, and evaluate the current status of these in behavioral sciences. in the first part, 33 related documents were identified and studied in reputable domestic and international databases, and a system of quality assessment indicators was developed based on 60 indicators and categorized into 12 criteria. in the second part, to evaluate the quality of suggestions in theses in the field of behavioral sciences, 33 master's and doctoral theses defended during 2021-2023 were assessed. the highest and lowest levels of compliance with the indicators were allocated to the criterion of relevance to research objectives at 79% and the criterion of having the ability to be implemented at 45.5%, respectively. in other the evaluation of risks (67.5%); accurate and clear writing(66.8%); peer review(64.6%); providing impactful suggestions(64.5%); scientifically justified (50.5%); originality and importance of suggestions (48%); having a connection with previous studies (48%); supporting future research (47%) were ranked.in the section on statistical inference, data analysis using the chi-square test and binomial test revealed that among 60 indicators for assessing the quality of research proposals, only one indicator, titled direct alignment with research objectives, was significantly adhered to (equivalent to 2%, categorized as at mastery level). furthermore, a statistical examination of 33 studied documents regarding the achievement of mastery level in adhering to these indicators showed that none met the threshold for mastery (adherence at the 0.885 significance level). this high non-compliance with fundamental indicators in formulating research proposals highlights the need to address this issue. therefore, it is essential to expressly incorporate training on quality indicators for drafting research proposals into research methodology courses and evaluation worksheets for research documents. the findings of this study provide a foundation for enhancing students' and evaluators' understanding of writing scientific proposals and assessing the quality of published works. finally, recommendations for improving the quality of academic writing are presented.
