چالش‌ها و راهکارهای دروس عمومی دانشگاه فرهنگیان با تاکید بر کتاب‌های درسی از نظر دانشجویان

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی چالش‌ها و راهکارهای دروس عمومی دانشگاه فرهنگیان با تاکید بر کتاب‌های درسی ازنظر دانشجویان بود. برای دستیابی به هدف پژوهش، از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی بهره گرفته شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجو- معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان کردستان در سال تحصیلی 1401- 1400 بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، تعداد 69 نفر از آنها به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند.ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود. یافته‌ها در دو تم اصلی شامل چالش‌ها و راهکارها طبقه‌بندی شد که هرکدام شامل چندین مقوله بود. بر اساس یافته‌ها، چالش‌های دروس عمومی شامل چهار دسته:چالش‌های حوزه حرفه‌ای اساتید (در 4 مقوله و 34 مفهوم)، چالشهای حوزه حرفه‌ای دانشجویان (در 5 مقوله و 31 مفهوم)، چالشهای حوزه کتب درسی دانشگاهی دروس عمومی (در 20 مقوله) و چالشهای مرتبط با نقش دانشگاه‌ در دروس عمومی (در 3 مقوله و 25 مفهوم)، بود. همچنین، بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، راهکارهای کاهش چالشهای دروس عمومی شامل راهکارهای مربوط به حوزه حرفه‌ای اساتید (در 4 مقوله و 44 مفهوم)، راهکارهای مربوط به حوزه حرفه‌ای دانشجویان (در 4 مقوله و 16 مفهوم)، راهکارهای مربوط به حوزه کتب درسی دانشگاهی دروس عمومی (در 13 مقوله)، و سرانجام، راهکارهای مربوط به نقش دانشگاه‌ در دروس عمومی (در 4 مقوله و 34 مفهوم) بود. به طور کلی، نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که به‌منظور بهره‌وری هر چه‌بهتر در دروس عمومی دوره کارشناسی، لازم است اصلاحاتی در حوزه حرفه‌ای اساتید، دانشجویان، کتب درسی و در سطح دانشگاه انجام شود.

the aim of the current research was to identify the challenges and solutions of the general courses of farhangian university with an emphasis on textbooks from the students’ point of view.to achieve the goal of the research, the qualitative approach and content analysis methods of the descriptive type of written text were used. the field of research included 69 student-teachers of farhangian university of kurdistan province in the academic year of 2001-2001, who were selected using a purposeful method. the data collection tool was a researcher-made semi-structured interview. the findings were obtained in two main themes, including challenges and solutions, and each of them included several categories.the results showed that challenges of general courses were categorized into four main challenges: first, the challenge of the professional field of professors (in 4 categories and 34 concepts), second, the challenge of the professional field of students (in 5 categories and 31 concepts), the third was the challenge of university textbooks of general subjects (in 20 categories ), and the fourth was the challenge of the role of universities in general subjects (in 3 categories and 25 concepts). solutions to reduce the harms of general subjects were also presented in four main themes (12 categories) and 13 cases. first, solutions in the professional field of professors (in 4 categories and 44 concepts), second, solutions in the professional field of students (in 4 categories and 16 concepts), third, solutions in the content field of general course resources (in 13 categories ), including
