تحلیل بصری تصاویر کتاب گفت وگو، برای زبان آموزان فارسیبه عنوان زبان دو مبر مبنای مولفه های بصری دیوید هیل و نظریه‌سرمایه‌ اجتماعی فرهنگی بوردیو

این پژوهش تصاویر کتاب گفت‌وگو، ویژۀ زبان‌آموزان خارجی را با استفاده از روش تحلیل بصری بررسی کرده است. این کتاب با محتوای آموزش گفت‌وگو، برای فراگیران خارجی در سطح a1 تدوین‌ شده و دارای تصاویر زیادی است. هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی ویژگی‌های تصاویر این کتاب از دیدگاه مدرس، برای بررسی تصاویر یک منبع آموزشی در سطح مبتدی است. پس از ارزیابی کمّیِ تصاویر این کتاب از منظر «تعداد و نوع تصویر» از دیدگاه هیل (2013)، مولفه‌های فرهنگی­ اجتماعی جامعۀ زبانی ایران برای فارسی‌آموزان خارجی از دیدگاه نظریه‌های «سرمایه‌ فرهنگی­ اجتماعی» بوردیو (1986) نیز بررسی ‌شده‌ است. برای این منظور مولفه‌های اجتماعی فرهنگی و هویتی که در تالیف یک منبع آموزشی باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد، با استناد به مولفه‌های یادشده، در کتاب گفت‌وگو مطالعه شد. این پژوهش چک‌لیستی از ویژگی‌های مورد نیاز تصاویر در منابع آموزشی زبان فارسی برای فراگیران خارجی ارائه‌ کرده است که می‌تواند در تهیه‌ تصاویر برای اهداف آموزشی یک منبع درسی برای آموزش زبان فارسی به غیرفارسی‌زبانان در سطح مبتدی موثر باشد.

visual analysis of the images in the book “conversation for learners of persian as a second language” is based on the visual components of “david hill” (2013) and the theory of social and cultural capital of “bourdieu” (1986)

using a visual analysis method, this study examines the pictorial contents of ‘conversation’, a book designed for the learners of farsi as a foreign language. the book contains many pictures and specifically focuses on learners’ oral communication skills at level a1 (i.e., elementary). the main aim of the study is to understand the characteristics of the pictures used in an elementary teaching material from an instructor’s perspective. in doing so, first, a quantitative analysis determined the number and types of the pictures used. next, bourdieu’s cultural-social capital framework was used to identify the cultural and social components of the iranian linguistic society. then, based on the identified components (i.e., cultural, social, and identity-based), the pictures of the book were scrutinized to understand whether/how they represented the characteristics of the iranian society. the analysis of findings reveals several essential features that must be considered when producing pictorial contents for teaching and learning materials for the learners of farsi as a foreign language.
