واکاوی درس کارورزی دانشجو- معلمان رشته آموزش ابتدایی دانشگاه فرهنگیان: یک فهم آموزشی توسعه‌مدار

هدف از مطالعه حاضر شناسایی شاخصه های درس کارورزی مقطع کارشناسی رشته آموزش ابتدایی دانشگاه فرهنگیان در راستای دستیابی به فهم توسعه‌مند آموزشی برای دانشجو معلمان بود. رویکرد تحقیق کیفی با روش تحلیل محتوای استقرایی از نوع متعارف بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان شهید مطهری خوی در سال تحصیلی 14001399 با سابقه دروس کارورزی بود که 18 نفر از آنان به صورت نمونه‌گیری هدفمند از نوع شاخص مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. در این راستا مصاحبه های نیمه سازمان یافته ای از آنها صورت گرفت و نمونه گیری تا اشباع داده ها ادامه یافت. برای اعتبارسنجی یافته ها از روش خود بازبینی محقق و مرور همتایان و برای تعیین پایایی داده ها از بررسی موازی دو کدگذار استفاده شد. یافته ها نشان داد که 5 مضمون اصلی آموزش‌پژوهی، امکان سنجی آموزشی، مدیریت دانش، هویت شناسی معلمی و کارآفرینی علمی مولفه های اصلی هستند که با 19 مضمون فرعی و 150 مضمون اولیه در جهت توسعه آموزشی معلمان نقش دارند. نتایج نشان داد که محتوای درس کارورزی با تحلیل و تاکید بر ابعاد مختلف اقدامات آموزشی، در جهت توسعه رویکرد معلم محوری در فعالیت های عملی آموزش گام بردارد.

Analysis of student-teacher internship course of primary education at Farhangian University: A development-oriented educational understanding

The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of the undergraduate internship course in primary education at Farhangian University in order to achieve a developed educational understanding for studentsteachers.The qualitative research approach with inductive content analysis was conventional.The statistical population included all students of Farhangian University of Shahid Motahari Khoy in the academic year 13991400 with a history of internships, 18 of whom were studied by purposive sampling of the index type.In this regard, semiorganized interviews were conducted and sampling continued until data saturation. To validate the findings, the researcher’s selfreview method and peer review were used, and to determine the reliability of the data, a parallel survey of two coders was used. Findings showed that the 5 main themes of educational research, educational feasibility, knowledge management, teacher identity and scientific entrepreneurship are the main components that play a role in the educational development of teachers with 19 subthemes and 150 primary themes.The results showed that the content of the internship course, by analyzing and emphasizing the various dimensions of educational activities, takes steps to develop a teachercentered approach in practical educational activities.
