شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی اهداف و فعالیت‌های یادگیری درس کارورزی در رشتة روان‌شناسی

این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و اولویت‎بندی اهداف و فعالیت‎های یادگیریِ مناسب درس کارورزیِ رشتة روان‌شناسی در مقطع کارشناسی انجام شده و پژوهشی ترکیبی است. در بخش کیفی با 28 نفر از متخصصان، اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه اصفهان، شاغلان و دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی رشتة روان‌شناسی که به شیوة تصادفی هدفمند انتخاب شدند مصاحبه شد. جامعة آماری بخش کمّی دانشجویان ترم 5 تا 8 سال‌های تحصیلی 1396-1397 و دانش‎آموختگان سال‎های تحصیلی 1393-1396 در رشتة روان‌شناسی بودند که به روش تصادفی طبقه‎ای متناسب با حجم، تعداد 150 نفر انتخاب شدند. داده‎های پژوهش از طریق مصاحبة نیمه ساختاریافته و پرسش‌نامه جمع‎آوری شد. برای تعیین روایی مصاحبه و پرسش‌نامه از روایی محتوایی استفاده گردید. نتایج بخش کمّی پژوهش نشان داد در حیطة اهداف کارورزی، بیشترین اولویت در تالیف این کتاب درسی باید به مرتبط کردن مباحث نظری دانشگاهی با محیط کار داده شود. در حیطة فعالیت یادگیری، برقراری ارتباط با مراجعان و تشخیص نوع خدمات مورد نیاز آنان، مهم‌ترین فعالیت‌ها شناخته شدند. شرکت‏کنندگان در مصاحبه نیز بر ارتقا و تعمیق دانش نظری به عنوان مهم‌ترین هدف تاکید داشتند و در حیطة فعالیت‎های یادگیری مناسب نیز فعالیت‎های تخصصی در رشتة روان‌شناسی را مورد توجه قرار دادند.

identifying and prioritizing goals and learning activities to internship in psychology

with the purpose of identifying and prioritizing the goals and activities appropriate for internship for undergraduatestudents of psychology, a mixed approach has been adopted in this study. in the qualitative section, interviews were conducted with 28 experts, faculty members, psychologists and graduate students who were selected using a purposive random sampling method. the statistical population of the quantitative section of this study was 5th8th grade students in 13961397 and graduates of 13931396 in psychology, 150 of which were selected by stratified random sampling method. the data were collected through semistructured interviews and questionnaires. content validity was used to determine the validity of the interview and the questionnaire, and to determine the reliability of the questionnaire, cranach’s alpha coefficient was used. the results showed that in terms of internship goals, the highest priority should be given to linking academic theoretical issues with the workplace. regarding learning activities, communicating with clients and identifying the type of services they need were proposed as the most important activities. participants in the interview also emphasized the promotion of theoretical knowledge as the most important goals. regarding learning activities suitable for internship, they focused‎ on the specialized activities.
