چکیده    We present a 25-year-old male case of osteochondroma originating from ischial ramus which causes sciatica. the pelvic involvement is rare. iliac crest of the pelvis is often involved. ischial ramus involvement is extremely rare. in this article,we presented a rare case of ischial ramus involvement that misleading the physician to l4-l5-s1 radiculopathy.
