نقش هورمون ادیپونکتین در باروری و ناباروری: مروری سیستماتیک

مقدمه: ادیپونکتین، یکی از هورمون‌های خانواده ادیپوکین است که از سلول‌های بافت چربی آزاد می‌شود و نقش‌های بیولوژیک فراوانی دارد. بر اساس مطالعات گذشته، سطح این هورمون در افراد چاق کاهش می‌یابد. مطالعات مختلفی در مورد ارتباط ادیپونکتین و بیماری‌های زنان انجام شده است، ولی تاکنون مطالعه‌ای مروری در رابطه با نقش هورمون ادیپونکتین در باروری و ناباروری انجام نشده است. مطالعه مروری حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش هورمون ادیپونکتین در باروری و ناباروری انجام شد.روش‌کار: در این مطالعه مروری 18 مقاله با جستجو در بانک های اطلاعاتی science direct، iran medex و pubmed با کلید واژه های ادیپونکتین، باروری، ناباروری، تخمک‌گذاری از بازه زمانی 1996 تا 2018 مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. مطالعات دسته‌بندی شدند. میزان p کمتر از 0/05 معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد.یافته‌ها: ادیپونکتین یکی از هورمون‌های موثر در سیستم باروری است. اختلالات تخمک‌گذاری (pco، آمنوره هیپوتالاموسی)، سندرم متابولیک، مقاومت به انسولین و نازایی با کاهش ادیپونکتین همراه است. درمان‌های نازایی (تحریک تخمک‌گذاری، ivf، icsi و ...) با افزایش غلظت ادیپونکتین همراه است. موفقیت درمان در افرادی که ادیپونکتین بالاتری دارند، بیشتر است.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اثرات مثبت ادیپونکتین و نقش اساسی آن در باروری و ناباروری، می‌توان از اندازه‌گیری آن در مدیریت و پیگیری باروری و ناباروری بهره‌مند شد، لذا توجه و تحقیق بیشتر نسبت به ادیپونکتین لازم است.

Role of Adiponectin Hormone in Fertility and Sterility: A Systematic Review

Introduction: Adiponectin is a hormone from adipokine family, which releases from adipose tissue cells and has many biological roles. According to the literature, the level of this hormone reduces in obese individuals. Several studies have investigated the relationship between adiponectin and gynecological diseases. However, no study reviewed the role of adiponectin hormone in fertility and sterility. Therefore, the aim of this study was to review the literature regarding adiponectin hormone role in fertility and sterility.Methods: This study reviewed 18 articles which were searched in the reputable online databases, including PubMed, Science Direct, and Iran Medex. The searches were performed using keywords, such asadiponectin, fertility, sterility, and ovulation among the papers published during 19962018. We classified the studies and considered P < 0.05 as significant.Results: Adiponectin is one of the hormones that affect the reproductive system.Ovulation disorders (e.g., PCO and hypothalamic amenorrhea), metabolic syndrome, insulin resistance, and infertility are associated with reduced adiponectin level. On the other hand, treatments for infertility, including ovulation induction, IVF, and ICSI are accompanied by increase in adiponectin level. Therapy is more likely to be successful in subjects with higher adiponectin.Conclusion: Regarding the positive effects of adiponectin and its basic role in fertility and sterility, it is possible to measure and evaluate this hormone for management and followup of fertility and sterility. Consequently, further attention and research about this hormone seems to be necessary.
